本实用新型涉及一种用于智能用户分界断路器电压传感装置的绝缘拉杆。
背景技术
在我国，随着城市电网、农村电网改造的不断深化，大量安装在户外柱上的负荷开关、断路器等柱上设备得到推广和实地应用，部分产品得到了用户和配电部门的一致好评，然而由于我国国土辽阔，全国气候各不相同、各地区所呈现的空气污染物也各不相同，尤其以沿海地区含盐分和水分较高、西北地区煤炭以含硫量高，由此对开关在户外特殊场合的背景对其安装附件提出了很高的要求；目前的电压传感器与绝缘拉杆是分开设置的，电压传感器分别安装在外部，这样容易受户外环境、紫外线等影响造成使用寿命减短，而且密封性比较差，使用效果不好。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种用于智能用户分界断路器电压传感装置的绝缘拉杆，它不但能够耐受户外环境、紫外线的影响，具备阻燃、阻爆等特性，实现了免维护，而且密封性能好。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种用于智能用户分界断路器电压传感装置的绝缘拉杆，它设有外壳，在外壳内设有电压传感器，外壳的一端插入有驱动杆，驱动杆伸入外壳后与电压传感器的输入端连接，在外壳的另一端插有调节杆，在外壳另一端的端面上还设有电压抽取端，电压传感器的输出端通过传感器导线与电压抽取端连接，电压抽取端与智能用户分界断路器的外部电压指示器的输入端连接，驱动杆将只能用户分界断路器的电压传输给电压传感器的输入端，电压传感器将侦测的电压信号传输给电压抽取端，电压抽取端将抽取的电压信号传输给外部电压指示器。
所述的外壳是环氧树脂外壳。所述的环氧树脂外壳整体浇注在驱动杆、电压传感器和调节杆的外部。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：采用了以上技术方案后，本实用新型能够耐受户外环境和紫外线的影响，具有阻燃和防爆的特性，从而实现了免维护。本实用新型结构简单，容易安装及拆卸；密封性能良好，能充分满足智能分界断路器的密封需求；具有不谐振、耐过电压和耐雷电冲击，高可靠性。它担负着开关操作、信号检测及微机工作的电源，是电网改造、无人值守变电和配网自动化的关键优良设备。本实用新型具有精度高、外形尺寸能满足智能分界真空断路器装配形式要求的优点。从而确保配电网络的供电可靠性。

具体实施方式
在图1中，本实用新型提供了一种用于智能用户分界断路器电压传感装置的绝缘拉杆，它设有外壳1，外壳1是环氧树脂外壳，在外壳1内设有电压传感器2，外壳1的一端插入有驱动杆3，驱动杆3伸入外壳1后与电压传感器2的输入端连接，在外壳1的另一端插有调节杆4，在外壳1另一端的端面上还设有电压抽取端5，电压传感器2的输出端通过传感器导线6与电压抽取端5连接，电压抽取端5与智能用户分界断路器的外部电压指示器的输入端连接，驱动杆3将只能用户分界断路器的电压传输给电压传感器2的输入端，电压传感器2将侦测的电压信号传输给电压抽取端5，电压抽取端5将抽取的电压信号传输给外部电压指示器，环氧树脂外壳是由环氧树脂通过高温整体浇注在驱动杆3、电压传感器2和调节杆4的外部。

1.一种用于智能用户分界断路器电压传感装置的绝缘拉杆，其特征是它设有外壳（1），在外壳（1）内设有电压传感器（2），外壳（1）的一端插入有驱动杆（3），驱动杆（3）伸入外壳（1）后与电压传感器（2）的输入端连接，在外壳（1）的另一端插有调节杆（4），在外壳（1）另一端的端面上还设有电压抽取端（5），电压传感器（2）的输出端通过传感器导线（6）与电压抽取端（5）连接，电压抽取端（5）与智能用户分界断路器的外部电压指示器的输入端连接，驱动杆（3）将只能用户分界断路器的电压传输给电压传感器（2）的输入端，电压传感器（2）将侦测的电压信号传输给电压抽取端（5），电压抽取端（5）将抽取的电压信号传输给外部电压指示器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于智能用户分界断路器电压传感装置的绝缘拉杆，其特征是所述的外壳（1）是环氧树脂外壳。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于智能用户分界断路器电压传感装置的绝缘拉杆，其特征是所述的环氧树脂外壳整体浇注在驱动杆（3）、电压传感器（2）和调节杆（4）的外部。
