本实用新型属于输送机械，特别涉及一种密闭型钢丝绳芯管状输送带。
背景技术
目前，国内外生产的管状输送带，传统结构骨架都采用织物纤维骨架，这种结构在现场使用时，只适用于较低强力级别的输送环境，长距离大跨度输送物料时，强力级别无法满足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足，提供一种边部刚性好，可以增大输送长度，保证环保性能的密闭型钢丝绳芯管状输送带。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是：密闭型钢丝绳芯管状输送带包括上盖胶、下盖胶、边胶，其特点是下盖胶的上面设有横向刚性层，上盖胶的下面设有横向刚性层，两个横向刚性层之间填装芯胶，芯胶中间水平均布多个芯管，两个横向刚性层左、右两端之间分别夹装边胶。
本实用新型的有益效果是：密闭型钢丝绳芯管状输送带与织物芯管状输送带相比，可以大大增加输送能力和提高输送效率，而且既能保证边部有良好的刚性，又能保证容易成管而不塌管，保证了输送现场的环保性。

实施例，参照附图1，密闭型钢丝绳芯管状输送带的下盖胶4的上面设有横向刚性层5，上盖胶2的下面设有横向刚性层5，两个横向刚性层5之间填装芯胶6。芯胶6中间水平均布多个芯管3，两个横向刚性层5左、右两端之间填装边胶1，边胶1、上盖胶2、芯管3、下盖胶4、横向刚性层5、芯胶6之间硫化为一体组成密闭型钢丝绳芯管状输送带，密闭型钢丝绳芯管状输送带边部刚性良好，保证易成管而不塌管，使输送现场更为环保。

1.一种密闭型钢丝绳芯管状输送带，包括上盖胶（2）、下盖胶（4）、边胶（1），其特征在于下盖胶（4）的上面设有横向刚性层（5），上盖胶（2）的下面设有横向刚性层（5），两个横向刚性层（5）之间填装芯胶（6），芯胶（6）中间水平均布多个芯管（3），两个横向刚性层（5）左、右两端之间分别夹装边胶（1）。
