现有的桡动脉压迫止血装置仅有充气压迫气囊或压迫垫，气囊或压迫垫两端以条带包绕腕部。气囊或压迫垫工作时，手腕上的条带张力增加，挤压腕部的血管、神经、股肉等，造成相应的并发症；另外气囊的漏气及手腕的活动均有可能会引起压迫装置的移位、松动，有可能造成血管压迫的失败；气囊压力、压迫时间均未按照最佳优化装置，也没有个人信息、报警装置等预警措施。

本实用新型的目的就是针对上述情况提供一种桡动脉固定压迫止血装置，该装置可使腕部受压减弱，减少腕部的血管、神经、股肉的损伤，此外若出现充气压迫气囊的破损、漏气时，可对包扎压迫气囊带进行快速加压充气来达到止血。本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案来实现：一种桡动脉固定压迫止血装置，包括充气压迫气囊，其特征是所述充气压迫气囊安装在包扎压迫气囊带内侧，所述包扎压迫气囊带其中部为气囊，两端为粘贴端，充气压迫气囊与包扎压迫气囊带均设有与充气装置相连接的带阀门的导管，充气压迫气囊与包扎压迫气囊带均通过连接线与压力感受监测器连接，该压力感受监测器可显示包扎压迫气囊带及充气压迫气囊内的压力数值、充气时间、个人信息等，在包扎压迫气囊带内侧还设有手腕固定板，固定板的两侧设有绑带，用于固定手腕。限制了腕部的活动有利于包扎压迫气囊带和充气压迫气囊的固定，减少其松动或移位的可能，压力感受监测器的使用实现了根据人体血管的血流动力学的参数调整气囊内的压力，通过设置压迫时间报警，压力过大或过低报警等手段，使得止血效果达到最佳状态，从而减少腕部组织的损伤，个人信息的设置可防止多人使用时身份的误读，避免了识别错误。本实用新型具有结构简单，使用效果好等特点。
