背景技术:
干燥箱是一种对试样进行脱水干燥或热处理用的设备。是一种常用的仪器设备,主要用来干燥样品,也可以提供实验所需的温度环境。干燥箱广泛应用于化工,医药、电子,铸造,汽车,食品,机械等各个行业。目前用于医疗卫生、大专院校和科研部门的生产车间或实验室的干燥箱存在干燥效率低,干燥箱内温度不均匀的缺陷。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种恒温干燥箱,以解决现有干燥箱干燥效率低,干燥箱内温度不均匀的问题,主要用于医疗卫生、大专院校和科研部门的生产车间或实验室。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种恒温干燥箱,包括干燥箱外壳和干燥箱内胆,其特征在于:所述干燥箱外壳与干燥箱内胆之间形成暖风循环腔,所述干燥箱内胆上端设置有出风口,所述干燥箱内胆下端设置进风口,所述进风口外侧设置风扇,所述暖风循环腔内设置有加热管,所述干燥箱内胆内还设置有感温装置和置物架。
所述感温装置共设置三个,分别分布在干燥箱内胆的上部、下部和中部,感温装置包括温度计和罩在温度计外侧的护套,可以监测干燥箱内胆不同区域的温度,以便于控制干燥箱内温度均匀,恒温控制灵敏度更高,护套可以保护温度计,防止被其它物件碰坏。
所述置物架包括对称设置的立柱,和两侧支撑在立柱上的隔板,隔板可以设置多层,而且便于拆装,使用方便。
所述隔板通过Z字型挂钩支撑在立柱上,所述Z字型挂钩一端通过外螺纹旋入立柱上设置的螺孔内,结构简单,不需要在设置隔板插槽。
所述螺孔纵向设置有多个,Z字型挂钩可以根据需要自行选择螺孔安装,便于调节隔板之间的间距。
所述加热管为U型管或直管,设置在干燥箱内胆的下方,加热效率高,安装方便。
所述加热管为螺旋管,设置在干燥箱内胆的后部和/或下方,加热效率高。
本实用新型干燥箱内胆的进风口设置在下方,出风口设置在上方,暖风对流效果好,可使干燥箱内的干燥温度更加均匀,干燥箱内设置了多个感温装置,温度检测更加准确,温控灵敏度更高,置物架拆装调节方便,便于摆放不同体积大小和不同状态的物品。

请参考图1、图3、图4,一种恒温干燥箱,包括干燥箱外壳5和干燥箱内胆3,干燥箱外壳5与干燥箱内胆3之间形成暖风循环腔9,干燥箱内胆3上端设置有出风口4,干燥箱内胆3下端设置进风口8,进风口8外侧设置风扇7,暖风循环腔9内设置有加热管6,干燥箱内胆3内还设置有感温装置2和置物架1,感温装置2共设置三个,分别分布在干燥箱内胆3的上部、下部和中部,感温装置2包括温度计21和罩在温度计21外侧的护套22,置物架1包括对称设置的立柱11,和两侧支撑在立柱11上的隔板13,隔板13可以设置多层,而且便于拆装,使用方便,隔板13通过Z字型挂钩12支撑在立柱11上,Z字型挂钩12一端通过外螺纹旋入立柱11上设置的螺孔14内,螺孔14纵向设置有多个,Z字型挂钩12可以根据需要自行选择螺孔14安装,便于调节隔板13之间的间距,加热管6为U型管或直管,设置在干燥箱内胆3的下方,加热效率高,安装方便。

请参考图2、图3、图4,一种恒温干燥箱,包括干燥箱外壳5和干燥箱内胆3,干燥箱外壳5与干燥箱内胆3之间形成暖风循环腔9,干燥箱内胆3上端设置有出风口4,干燥箱内胆3下端设置进风口8,进风口8外侧设置风扇7,暖风循环腔9内设置有加热管6,干燥箱内胆3内还设置有感温装置2和置物架1,感温装置2共设置三个,分别分布在干燥箱内胆3的上部、下部和中部,感温装置2包括温度计21和罩在温度计21外侧的护套22,置物架1包括对称设置的立柱11,和两侧支撑在立柱11上的隔板13,隔板13可以设置多层,而且便于拆装,使用方便,隔板13通过Z字型挂钩12支撑在立柱11上,Z字型挂钩12一端通过外螺纹旋入立柱11上设置的螺孔14内,螺孔14纵向设置有多个,Z字型挂钩12可以根据需要自行选择螺孔14安装,便于调节隔板13之间的间距,加热管6为螺旋管,设置在干燥箱内胆3的后部和下方,加热效率高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的恒温干燥箱,其特征在于:所述感温装置共设置三个,分别分布在干燥箱内胆的上部、下部和中部,感温装置包括温度计和罩在温度计外侧的护套。
3.根据权利要求2所述的恒温干燥箱,其特征在于:所述置物架包括对称设置的立柱,和两侧支撑在立柱上的隔板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的恒温干燥箱,其特征在于:所述隔板通过Z字型挂钩支撑在立柱上,所述Z字型挂钩一端通过外螺纹旋入立柱上设置的螺孔内。
