背景技术
卡簧是紧固件的一种，常见的链条传动中经常使用卡簧进行固定。目前链条的卡簧通常使用的是开口型的卡簧，开口型的卡簧是一种在卡簧外侧有个圆弧形开口，圆弧形开口与内侧的通孔之间开有一个切断口，此种结构的卡簧在链条高速运动中容易脱落或损坏，并且不易拆卸。

本实用新型针对上述技术问题，提供一种更加牢固且拆装方便的传动链卡簧结构。
具体的技术方案是：
一种传动链卡簧，所述卡簧的外侧为半封闭的长方形结构，一端用圆弧进行过渡，另一端开口，所述开口端一侧的内侧设有第一圆孔，所述圆弧过渡端一侧的内侧设有通孔区域，所述圆孔和通孔区域之间设有隔断，在所述隔断的中心处设有切断口；所述通孔区域最靠近所述圆弧过渡端的一侧设有与所述第一圆孔直径相同且圆心处于同一条直线上的第二圆孔，所述通孔区域上还设有两个对称布置的圆弧凹槽。
进一步的，所述切断口的上下方设有两个对称的圆孔。
由于本实用新型卡簧的外侧为半封闭结构，相对于开口型卡簧的结构，强度和弹性大大增强，可避免卡簧在使用过程中由于强度不够导致的脱落或损坏。另外，卡簧切断口的上下方开有对称的圆孔，利用卡簧钳等工具很容易实现卡簧的拆装。

如图1所示一种传动链卡簧，所述卡簧的外侧为半封闭的长方形结构，一端用圆弧进行过渡，另一端开口，所述开口端2一侧的内侧设有第一圆孔3，所述圆弧过渡端1一侧的内侧设有通孔区域，所述第一圆孔3和通孔区域之间设有隔断，在所述隔断的中心处设有切断口4；所述通孔区域最靠近所述圆弧过渡端1的一侧设有与所述第一圆孔3直径相同且圆心处于同一条直线上的第二圆孔5，所述通孔区域上还设有两个对称布置的圆弧凹槽6。
进一步的，所述切断口4的上下方设有两个对称的圆孔7。
由于本实用新型卡簧的外侧为半封闭结构，相对于开口型卡簧的结构，强度和弹性大大增强，可避免卡簧在使用过程中由于强度不够导致的脱落或损坏。另外，卡簧切断口的上下方开有对称的圆孔，利用卡簧钳等工具很容易实现卡簧的拆装。

1.一种传动链卡簧，其特征在于，所述卡簧的外侧为半封闭的长方形结构，一端用圆弧进行过渡，另一端开口，所述开口端一侧的内侧设有第一圆孔，所述圆弧过渡端一侧的内侧设有通孔区域，所述圆孔和通孔区域之间设有隔断，在所述隔断的中心处设有切断口；所述通孔区域最靠近所述圆弧过渡端的一侧设有与所述第一圆孔直径相同且圆心处于同一条直线上的第二圆孔，所述通孔区域上还设有两个对称布置的圆弧凹槽。
