胸部后外侧切口是胸外科手术中常用的切口。进行后外侧切口手术，需要使用肋骨牵开器牵开切口，牵开器常常向前沿脱，导致肩胛骨下垂呈屋檐样突出于切口上缘以下，妨碍手术视野及器械操作。
因而需要一个肩胛骨拉钩与肋骨牵开器联合使用，以开阔手术视野方便操作。

一种肩胛骨拉钩，包括拉钩体和手柄；拉钩体包括活动拉钩头、固定拉钩头和拉钩本体，固定拉钩头位于拉钩本体上端面一侧；活动拉钩头活动连接在拉钩本体上端面另一侧，且活动拉钩头通过调整螺栓及固定螺母与固定拉钩头连接为一体；手柄与拉钩本体下端通过U形折弯部连接。
优选地，活动拉钩头和固定拉钩头为弧形板。
优选地，手柄表面间隔设置有呈波浪状的凹槽和凸起。
优选地，拉钩本体上具有一个以上通孔。
