背景技术
[0002] 当前在全球变暖的情况下,我国正在积极执行减排计划,针对排放温室气体量较大的煤矿目前已开始对瓦斯气体进行抽采利用;在节能减排的趋势下管道抽采参数测定已成为煤矿关注的重点,煤矿抽放管道的传统测量方法为光干涉分析法,水柱测流量、使用真空表测试负压的方法,目前测量方法存在较大的误差,使测量不准确,测量步骤繁琐,测量参数较少,增加人工计算误差等,对于瓦斯气体来说,其主要可燃烧气体成分为甲烷,因此目前测量瓦斯气体含量通常就是测量甲烷气体含量。
[0003] 1、光干测瓦斯法:传统测量方法为使用抽取桶抽取一罐瓦斯气体并通过抽气桶出气口将气体打入光干涉仪内,通过目测光线阴影对应的位置数字读出当前浓度值。此方法的特点是原理简单,测量抽气较费力气,抽气时易混入空气影响测量精度,读数字刻度时受视线影响较大。
[0004] 2、水柱测流量法在抽放管道孔板上接U型水柱通过读取水柱高度换算为差压,带入系数可换算气体流量。此方法测量流量时引入的视觉误差较大,孔板易腐蚀,经过长期使用孔板系数易变更导致换算误差。
[0005] 3、真空测负压法:将真空表连接在负压管道上即可读出负压值。此方法的优点是简单,但是仅限于测量管道的负压值。
[0006] 4、多参数测定仪法:将管道内气体抽入仪器内部,通过多种传感器可测量多个气体含量参数,使用方便快捷的对接方式使仪器能够快速测量管道内流量和负压。
[0007] 由于多参数测定仪法使用较为方便快捷,现在较为常用,多参数测定仪的种类也比较多,例如中国专利申请号为201120249267.6公开了一种煤矿瓦斯抽采管道多参数测量装置,该装置包括旋进漩涡流量计,旋进漩涡流量计包括两端设有法兰盘的漩涡发生管体和安装于其上的漩涡测量表体,漩涡发生管体的右侧上部安装有高浓度甲烷传感器和一氧化碳浓度传感器;另外,目前市场上有一种便携式瓦斯抽放多参数测定仪,利用测定仪主机上设置的甲烷传感器、压力传感器及自带涡街流量传感器分别测量出瓦斯浓度、压力及工矿流量数据。但是在抽放管道内含有水汽和水,上述两种多参数测量装置不具有排水功能,因此在测量过程中会使水或水汽进入仪器内部,一方面影响测量数据的准确性,另一方面也会对仪器自身造成损害,进而影响其测量精度。
[0008] 中国专利申请号为200920314306.9公开了一种瓦斯抽放检测装置及其除水装置,包括瓦斯抽放管6、串联在瓦斯抽放管6上的导流管5、瓦斯抽放测定仪10、检测手柄I及除水装置3,检测手柄I中设置有甲烷传感器2,瓦斯抽放测定仪10中设置有真空泵12和流量传感器11,除水装置3下端的进气口与导流管连通,除水装置3上端的出气口与检测手柄I上的甲烷传感器进气接口相连。该装置在手柄进口处设置了除水装置,但是其排水主要是靠水的自身重力下落而留在除水装置3内的封闭空腔的下部,除水作用有限,不能排除样气中所含的水汽。
实用新型内容
[0009] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种瓦斯抽放多参数测定装置,以解决现有多参数测量装置排水功能有限无法排除水汽的问题。
[0010] 为了实现以上目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种瓦斯抽放多参数测定装置,包括手柄、主机及由手柄、主机内相应进出气口与对应管路构成的气体成分检测回路、气体流量压力检测回路,气体成分检测回路中于主机内串设有采样泵,手柄内设有滤水盒,所述气体成分检测回路中设置有用于测量甲烷含量和至少一种杂质气体含量的一个传感器或者多个传感器的组合,手柄的出气口通过主机进气口处所设的一个过滤器连接主机中的相应管路。

[0039] 正常工作状态:采样泵16开始工作,气流由手柄上气体成分检测回路的进气口 10进入滤水盒I中,根据其比重自然分离,少量水可由气体成分检测回路进气口 10排出;气流经管道流经甲烷和CO2传感器6及温度传感器11,经甲烷和CO2传感器转换测量其成分含量将信号传输到主机的控制电路并显示;气流随后进入过滤器12,在过滤器12内完成二级滤水后;气流随后进入换向阀13内,经双向口 20到达第一出气口 18,气流随后进入CO传感器14和O2传感器15内,CO传感器14和O2传感器15将对应的浓度值转化为电信号并处理显示,气流随后进入采样气泵16 ;经采样气泵16后到达换向阀13,经换向阀13的第二进气口 19到第二出气口 21 ;气流随后经气体成分检测回路的出气口 9排出仪器,如此便完成了气体成分的分析和检测;气体流量压力测量是由流量压力进气口 7进入流量传感器4和压力传感器3内,再经流量压力出气口 8排出,从而完成流量和压力的检测。
[0040] 排水状态:当滤水盒I中有少量进水情况下,可由进气口 10直接排出;当过滤器12内存入一部分水时可拧开过滤器12的放水阀排水,也可切换换向阀13的工作状态进行排水:排水状态换向阀空气入口 17与第一出气口 18导通,空气由换向阀的空气入口 17与第一出气口 18到达采样泵16,气流从采样泵16到达出气路,经由第二进气口 19和双向口20后,气流逆向吹过过滤器12,到达手柄A并通过手柄上的气体成分检测回路的进气口 10将气流和水排出仪器外。
[0041] 在整个气体成分检测过程中,气体通过各传感器进行检测时,将对应气体成分转化为有效的电信号传送到主机内的控制电路进行数据处理并通过显示电路进行显示;流量和压力传感器通过流量压力进气口和流量压力出气口与管道形成气体流量压力检测回路,并将管道内流量和负压转化为电信号传输到主机并实时显示。主机通过合理的人机交互界面使操作员可以方便快捷的进行测量和存储。另外,仪器采用两级滤水装置,防止水进入仪器内部,并能够通过气路切换进行排水。
Claims (8)
1.一种瓦斯抽放多参数测定装置,包括手柄、主机及由手柄、主机内相应进出气口与对应管路构成的气体成分检测回路、气体流量压力检测回路,气体成分检测回路中于主机内串设有采样泵,手柄内设有滤水盒,其特征在于:所述气体成分检测回路中设置有用于测量甲烷含量和至少一种杂质气体含量的一个传感器或者多个传感器的组合,手柄的出气口通过主机进气口处所设的一个过滤器连接主机中的相应管路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓦斯抽放多参数测定装置,其特征在于:所述杂质气体为CO2、CO 和 O2O
3.根据权利要求1所述的瓦斯抽放多参数测定装置,其特征在于:所述气体流量压力检测回路设置手柄中,包括压力传感器和流量传感器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的瓦斯抽放多参数测定装置,其特征在于:所述手柄内设有一个甲烷和CO2传感器,主机内设有CO传感器和O2传感器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的瓦斯抽放多参数测定装置,其特征在于:所述气体成分检测回路中于主机内还设有一用于除水的换向阀,所述换向阀为两位五通阀,包括第二进气口、第一出气口、空气入口、第二出气口和双向口,所述换向阀的双向口与过滤器的出口连通,第一出气口经过采样泵连接到第二进气口,第二出气口与手柄的进气口连通;第一状态时,双向口与第一出气口连通,第二状态时,空气入口与第一出气口连通。
6.根据权利要求5所述的瓦斯抽放多参数测定装置,其特征在于:所述气体成分检测回路中还设有温度传感器,该温度传感器设置于手柄上。
7.根据权利要求1〜6任意一项所述的瓦斯抽放多参数测定装置,其特征在于:所述甲烷和CO2传感器采用红外传感器;流量传感器采用热式射流传感器;C0传感器和O2传感器米用电化学传感器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的瓦斯抽放多参数测定装置,其特征在于:该装置还包括设置于主机上的控制电路及与控制电路连接的显示电路及按键输入电路,各传感器的信号输出端均与控制电路连接。
