Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种太阳能风车,包括支撑杆和由若干片风叶组成的风叶组,特点是:风叶组固定在一托盘上,托盘与支撑杆通过深沟球轴承连接,托盘的一侧设置有凹腔,凹腔内设置有太阳能接收板,若干片风叶上设置有至少一个发光器件,太阳能接收板和至少一个发光器件分别与一太阳能充放电控制电路板通过电线连接,托盘的另一侧与一连杆固定连接,连杆的端部固设有定向板,托盘、连杆和定向板三者同轴设置;优点是:本实用新型太阳能风车在白天和夜晚均能起到装饰作用,装饰效果好,能够给人以美感,满足人们视觉上的享受,同时节能环保,使用安全可靠,可应用于花园、公园、草地等室外场所。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装饰类风车,具体涉及一种以太阳能为动力源进行发光的太阳能风车。
背景技术
目前市面上有各种装饰性风车,用于家居、户外等各种装饰场合,但这些风车通常都没有发光装饰功能。白天风车转动,为人们的生活增添乐趣;到了夜晚,虽然风车也能转动,但是由于夜晚光线不足,使人们对风车的可视性受到影响,风车也就失去了其装饰效果。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种夜晚能够发光的太阳能风车,在白天和夜晚均具有很好的装饰效果,给人以美感,满足人们视觉上的享受。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种太阳能风车,包括支撑杆和由若干片风叶组成的风叶组,所述的风叶组固定在一托盘上,所述的托盘与所述的支撑杆通过深沟球轴承连接,所述的托盘的一侧设置有凹腔,所述的凹腔内设置有太阳能接收板,若干片所述的风叶上设置有至少一个发光器件,所述的太阳能接收板和所述的至少一个发光器件分别与一太阳能充放电控制电路板通过电线连接,所述的太阳能充放电控制电路板上设置有光控开关,所述的托盘的另一侧与一连杆固定连接,所述的连杆的端部固设有定向板,所述的托盘、所述的连杆和所述的定向板三者同轴设置。
若干片所述的风叶上设置有至少一个用于固定所述的发光器件的孔洞,每个所述的孔洞内设有一个所述的发光器件。孔洞对发光器件起到较好的固定作用,防止风叶转动过程中发光器件因离心力作用而偏移并影响发光器件的使用和装饰效果。
所述的设置有孔洞的风叶上设置有沿其长度方向的布线槽。因发光器件与太阳能充放电控制电路板须通过电线连接,设置布线槽后,可将电线布设于布线槽内,对电线起到固定作用,同时令风车更美观。
所述的布线槽设置在所述的风叶的背面,从而在所述的风叶组的正面形成若干个隆起部,每个所述的隆起部上设置有至少一个所述的孔洞。孔洞设置在隆起部上,有利于电线的走线,并增添风车的观赏性。
所述的电线的外侧套设有钢管,所述的钢管嵌设在所述的布线槽内。由于本实用新型应用于户外环境,暴露的电线易老化、损坏,在电线外侧套设的钢管可对电线起保护作用,延长电线的使用寿命,同时从风车外观上看不到电线,使风车更美观。
所述的支撑杆由底杆和套管组成,所述的套管套设在所述的底杆的上端,所述的套管的上端与所述的托盘通过所述的深沟球轴承连接。支撑杆由底杆和套管组成,便于风车的安装使用,同时便于风车的携带和运输。
所述的底杆的底部与一插杆固定连接,所述的底杆的底端和所述的插杆的底端为倒锥形。底杆的底端和插杆的底端为倒锥形时,有利于风车在花园、草地等室外场所的安装固定,并且方便拔出,根据需要随时更换风车的安装地点。
所述的发光器件为发光二极管。加工时可根据需要选择不同颜色的发光二极管。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型太阳能风车,发光器件通过太阳能转化的电能进行发光,节能环保,安全可靠,其风叶组固定在托盘上,太阳能接收板设置在托盘内,发光器件设置在风叶上,实现了风车与太阳能转换装置及发光器件的完美结合,使本实用新型风车的各个组成部件结合为一个有机的整体,视觉上的整体性好;太阳能充放电控制电路板上设置有光控开关,白天光线充足时,光控开关处于闭合状态,发光器件不发光,起风时风叶转动,起到装饰作用;光线不足时(比如阴天或夜晚),光控开关能够自动开启,太阳能充放电控制电路工作并使发光器件发光,在风叶转动的同时,发光器件形成优美的光圈,赏心悦目,给人以美的享受,极具观赏性,从而本实用新型风车在夜晚也能具有较好的装饰效果,并且具有一定的照明效果,可作为路标使用;与托盘相连的定向板对风叶的转动方向起到定向作用,从而使风叶转动平稳。可见,本实用新型太阳能风车在白天和夜晚均能起到装饰作用,装饰效果好,能够给人以美感,满足人们视觉上的享受,同时节能环保,使用安全可靠,可应用于花园、公园、草地等室外场所。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图所示,一种太阳能风车,包括支撑杆1和由九片风叶21组成的风叶组2,支撑杆1由底杆11和套管12组成,套管12套设在底杆11的上端,风叶组2固定在一托盘3上,套管12的上端与托盘3通过深沟球轴承4连接,底杆11的底部可与一插杆5固定连接,底杆11的底端和插杆5的底端为倒锥形,托盘3的一侧设置有凹腔31,凹腔31内设置有太阳能接收板6,其中三片风叶21上均设置有三个用于固定发光器件7(图中未示出)的孔洞22,每片设置有孔洞22的风叶21的背面设置有沿该片风叶长度方向的布线槽23(图中未示出),为了保持各风叶外形的一致性,也可以在未设置孔洞的风叶的背面设置沿风叶长度方向的布线槽23,从而在风叶组2的正面形成若干个隆起部24,且孔洞22设置在隆起部24上,每个孔洞22内设有一个发光器件7,发光器件7可以是发光二极管,太阳能接收板6和全部发光器件7分别与一设置有光控开关61(图中未示出)的太阳能充放电控制电路板8(图中未示出)通过电线连接,托盘3的另一侧与一连杆32固定连接,连杆32的端部固设有定向板9,托盘3、连杆32和定向板9三者同轴设置。
只需将底杆11的底端插入并固定在地上或土壤中,然后将套管12套设在底杆11的上端,风车即可工作。白天光线充足时,光控开关61处于闭合状态,发光器件7不发光,起风时风叶21转动,起到装饰作用;光线不足时(比如阴天或夜晚),光控开关61能够自动开启,太阳能充放电控制电路工作并使发光器件7发光,在风叶21转动的同时,发光器件7形成优美的光圈,赏心悦目,给人以美的享受,极具观赏性,从而使风车在夜晚也具有装饰效果,并具有一定的照明效果,可作为路标使用。
以上实施例中,可在电线的外侧套设钢管,并将钢管嵌设在布线槽23内,以更风车使用过程中电线得到更好的保护,并增加风车的观赏性。
以上实施例中,风叶21为上宽下窄的细长的树叶形状,从而风叶组2整体上呈现为光芒四射的太阳形状。除本实施例中的形状外,在实际加工时,也可以根据需要改变风叶21的形状,制作出各种形状和造型的太阳能风车;另外也可以通过选择不同颜色的发光二极管,进一步满足人们视觉上的享受,这样的变换均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种太阳能风车,包括支撑杆和由若干片风叶组成的风叶组,其特征在于所述的风叶组固定在一托盘上,所述的托盘与所述的支撑杆通过深沟球轴承连接,所述的托盘的一侧设置有凹腔,所述的凹腔内设置有太阳能接收板,若干片所述的风叶上设置有至少一个发光器件,所述的太阳能接收板和所述的至少一个发光器件分别与一太阳能充放电控制电路板通过电线连接,所述的太阳能充放电控制电路板上设置有光控开关,所述的托盘的另一侧与一连杆固定连接,所述的连杆的端部固设有定向板,所述的托盘、所述的连杆和所述的定向板三者同轴设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能风车,其特征在于若干片所述的风叶上设置有至少一个用于固定所述的发光器件的孔洞,每个所述的孔洞内设有一个所述的发光器件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种太阳能风车,其特征在于所述的设置有孔洞的风叶上设置有沿其长度方向的布线槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种太阳能风车,其特征在于所述的布线槽设置在所述的风叶的背面,从而在所述的风叶组的正面形成若干个隆起部,每个所述的隆起部上设置有至少一个所述的孔洞。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种太阳能风车,其特征在于所述的电线的外侧套设有钢管,所述的钢管嵌设在所述的布线槽内。
6.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的一种太阳能风车,其特征在于所述的支撑杆由底杆和套管组成,所述的套管套设在所述的底杆的上端,所述的套管的上端与所述的托盘通过所述的深沟球轴承连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种太阳能风车,其特征在于所述的底杆的底部与一插杆固定连接,所述的底杆的底端和所述的插杆的底端为倒锥形。
8.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的一种太阳能风车,其特征在于所述的发光器件为发光二极管。
