本实用新型的技术内容为：一种男士中筒压力袜，包括袜尖、袜身、袜跟、袜筒和罗口，其中袜筒由上而下分为小腿肚上端袜筒、小腿肚袜筒和小腿肚下端袜筒；其特征在于在小腿肚上端袜筒的外侧织覆有一层小腿肚上端弹性保护层，在小腿肚袜筒的外侧织覆有一层小腿肚弹性保护层，在小腿肚下端袜筒的外侧织覆有一层小腿肚下端弹性保护层；小腿肚上端弹性保护层的弹性张力小于小腿肚弹性保护层，小腿肚弹性保护层的弹性张力小于小腿肚下端弹性保护层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点为：通过在小腿肚上端袜筒、小腿肚袜筒和小腿肚下端袜筒的外侧织覆一层弹性张力不同的弹性保护层，从脚踝开始往上，压力分段逐步减小，从而可以缓解腿部压力，由此能缓解因久站、久坐产生的静脉曲张，可缓解小腿疲劳，能缓解因静脉曲张导致的腿部疼痛、肿胀和血管堵塞。
