本实用新型涉及一种连续油管作业设备模拟器,包括底座、设置于底座后端且位于中部的座椅、设置于座椅两侧的仿真操控部件、与仿真操控部件相连且设置在底座内部的数据采集器、设置于底座前方的场景显示器、与数据采集器相连且设置在底座内部的计算机、与计算机相连的仿真仪表显示器、与计算机相连的输入装置,底座的内部为中空结构,底座后端设置有多个散热风扇,底座前端设置有通风孔。该连续油管作业设备模拟器底座内部可以形成由后端吹向前端的持续的气流,持续的气流可将计算机和数据采集器所产生的热量迅速带出底座,从而提高散热效果,降低底座内部的温度,避免连续油管作业设备模拟器因底座内部温度过高而出现故障。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及模拟机械技术领域,特别涉及一种连续油管作业设备模拟器。
背景技术
目前,随着连续油管作业技术日臻成熟以及"万能作业机"所具备的无可比拟的功能,国内外对连续油管作业机的需求量逐渐增加,连续油管作业服务逐渐成为油田作业不可或缺的重要组成部分。
但是目前连续油管作业方面的服务人才非常缺乏,由于连续油管设备的操作具有较高的专业性,因此连续油管操作人员在进行上岗操作之前需要经过专业的培训,为了提升操作人员对连续油管设备的操控技能,出现了连续油管作业模拟设备,连续油管作业模拟设备一般包括座椅、仿真操控部件和场景显示器,仿真操控部件与数据采集器相连,数据采集器与计算机主机相连,其中计算机主机中内置有模拟器系统软件,该模拟器系统软件可以模拟多种连续油管作业设备的作业场景,例如酸化作业、冲砂作业等;数据采集器用于接收操作人员对仿真操控部件的操作信号,并且将该操作信号传递到计算机主机内,计算机接收到数据采集器发送的信号后在当前设置的场景内模拟出该种操作所产生的仿真操作效果,并显示在场景显示器中。
目前的连续油管作业模拟设备的座椅、仿真操控部件以及场景显示器均设置在底座上,为了使设备整体结构较为紧凑,一般将计算机主机和数据采集器设置在底座内部,虽然设备的整体性增强,但是计算机主机和数据采集器设置在底座内部其通风散热性能不良,经常会出现因计算机主机或者书籍采集器的温度过高而导致设备出现意外。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种连续油管作业设备模拟器,以解决目前连续油管作业设备模拟器将计算机和数据采集器设置在底座中而带来的散热不良的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器,包括底座、设置于所述底座后端且位于中部的座椅、设置于所述座椅两侧的仿真操控部件、与所述仿真操控部件相连且设置在所述底座内部的数据采集器、设置于所述底座前方的场景显示器、与所述数据采集器相连且设置在所述底座内部的计算机、与所述计算机相连的仿真仪表显示器、与所述计算机相连的输入装置,所述底座的内部为中空结构,所述底座后端设置有多个散热风扇,所述底座前端设置有通风孔。
优选的,所述底座后端设置有一可翻转舱门,所述散热风扇均设置在所述可翻转舱门上。
优选的,所述场景显示器包括设置于所述底座前方中部的主场景显示器以及分别设置于所述主场景显示器两侧的注入头场景显示器和井下场景显示器。
优选的,所述座椅的两侧分别设置有左侧内扶手箱和右侧内扶手箱,所述左侧内扶手箱的外侧还设置有左侧外扶手箱,所述右侧内扶手箱的外侧设置有右侧外扶手箱,所述仿真操控部件分别设置在所述座椅两侧的内扶手箱和外扶手箱上。
优选的,所述底座的前端设置有由所述底座的前端向上延伸的第一显示器支架,所述主场景显示器、注入头场景显示器和所述井下场景显示器均安装在所述第一显示器支架上。
优选的,还包括设置于所述底座底部的万向脚轮。
优选的,所述仿真仪表显示器包括安装于所述左侧外扶手箱前端的左侧仿真仪表显示器和安装于所述右侧外扶手箱前端的右侧仿真仪表显示器。
优选的,所述左侧仿真仪表显示器、右侧仿真仪表显示器均通过高度和角度可调的第二显示器支架安装于所述左侧外扶手箱和所述右侧外扶手箱上。
优选的,所述输入装置为通过高度和角度可调的第三显示器支架安装于所述左侧外扶手箱或者右侧外扶手箱上的触控屏。
优选的,所述仿真操控部件包括左侧操纵杆、右侧操纵杆、左侧设备按钮和右侧设备按钮,所述左侧操纵杆设置于所述左侧内扶手箱的前端,所述右侧操纵杆设置于所述右侧内扶手箱的前端,所述左侧设备按钮设置于所述左侧外扶手箱上,所述右侧设备按钮设置于所述右侧外扶手箱上。
由以上技术方案可以看出本实用新型所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器中的底座为中空结构,数据采集器和计算机均设置在底座内部,并且在底座的内部设置有多个风扇,底座的前端设置有通风孔。
由于在底座的后端设置了散热风扇,并在底座的前端设置了散热孔,因此底座内部就形成了由后端吹向前端的持续的气流,持续的气流吹过计算机和数据采集器时可将计算机和数据采集器所产生的热量迅速带出底座,从而提高散热效果,降低底座内部的温度,避免连续油管作业设备模拟器因底座内部温度过高而出现故障。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的核心是提供一种连续油管作业设备模拟器,该连续油管作业设备模拟器底座的一端设置散热风扇,另一端设置与散热风扇对应的散热孔,通过散热风扇与散热孔的配合可以在底座的内部形成由安装有散热风扇的一端吹向另一端的持续的气流,从而增强对底座内部的计算机和数据采集器的冷却。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本实用新型方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
请参考附图1-5,图1为本实用新型实施例所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器的俯视示意图,图2为图1中所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器的右视示意图,图3为图1中所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器的左视示意图,图4为图1中所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器的前视示意图,图5为图1中所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器的后视示意图。
本实用新型所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器,包括底座1、座椅2、仿真操控部件20、数据采集器14、场景显示器、计算机13、仿真仪表显示器以及输入装置12,其中底座1采用高强度钢材或者钢板制作而成,如图1中所示,底座1的整体呈长方体形状,座椅2设置在底座1的后端,并且位于中部位置,仿真操控部件设置在座椅2的两侧,以方便操作者对仿真操控部件进行操作,仿真操控部件与数据采集器14相连,数据采集器14设置在底座1的内部,数据采集器14用于采集操作者对仿真操控部件的操作信号,数据采集器14与设置在底座1内部的计算机13相连,并可将其采集到的操作信号传递到计算机13内部,计算机13在接收到操作信号后可以在其模拟的当前场景内模拟产生出仿真操作效果,并显示在场景显示器中,场景显示器设置在底座1的前方,方便坐在座椅2上的操作者的观察,计算机13可以模拟多种连续油管作业设备的作业场景,例如酸化作业、冲砂作业等,仿真仪表显示器与计算机13相连,并且可将计算机13模拟的各种液压和电器仪表的数据显示出来,操作者在进行各项操作时,要观察各个仪表的读数是否处于正常的范围内,与计算机13相连的输入装置12是用于实现人机交互功能的,该输入装置12可以带有显示功能,可以显示计算机13的操作与控制界面,以方便操作人员对各种模式的选择以及设定,本实用新型所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器的核心改进点在于,底座1的内部设置为中空结构,并且底座1的后端设置有多个散热风扇16,底座1的前端设置有散热孔,优选的方式是散热孔的数量与散热风扇16的数量一致,并且设置位置与散热风扇16一一对应。
上述实施例中所提到的前端是指座椅2的前方所指向的底座1的一端。
由于本实用新型实施例中所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器的底座1为中空结构,并且中空结构的底座1后端设置了多个散热风扇16,底座1的前端设置了用于底座1通风的通风孔,因此底座1内部就形成了由后端吹向前端的持续的气流,持续的气流吹过计算机13和数据采集器14时可将计算机13和数据采集器14所产生的热量迅速带出底座1,从而提高散热效果,降低底座1内部的温度,避免连续油管作业设备模拟器因底座1内部温度过高而出现故障。
优选的,本实施例中所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器中的底座1后端设置有一个可翻转的舱门,以方便计算机13和数据采集器14的安装和维护,并且散热风扇16均设置在了可翻转的舱门上,如图5中所示的翻转舱门上设置了三组散热风扇16,相应的,底座1前端设置与散热风扇16一一对应的通风孔,其中散热风扇16通过底座1前方的交流电输入接口18与交流电源相连。
为了进一步提高模拟效果的逼真程度,本实施例中的连续油管作业设备模拟器中的景显示器包括主场景显示器8和分别设置在主场景显示器8两侧的注入头场景显示器7和井下场景显示器9,其中主场景显示器8设置在底座1前方且位于中部的位置,主场景显示器8可以实现第一人称和第三人称两种场景的模拟显示,所谓第一人称场景模拟所显示的内容为在真实操作连续油管作业设备的情况下,操控室内的操作人员所能观察到的场景,第三人称场景模拟所显示的内容为在真实操作连续油管作业设备的情况下,处于操控室外部的人员可以观察到的场景;注入头场景显示器7用于显示计算机模拟的井口部位的注入头的状况,井下场景显示器9用于显示计算机模拟的井下的场景,本实施例中的计算机13、注入头场景显示器7、主场景显示器8、井下场景显示器9、仿真仪表显示器、以及输入装置12通过底座前方的交流电输入接口18与交流电源直接连接,本实施例中数据采集器14采用24V直流供电,因此在交流电输入接口18与数据采集器14之间还连接有电源模块15,如图1至图6中所示。
为了方便操作人员的操作,本实施例中的连续油管作业设备模拟器的座椅2两侧分别设置有左侧内扶手箱3和右侧内扶手箱5,本实施例中的左侧和右侧是以操作者坐在座椅2上之后的左手侧和右手侧来区分的,所谓内扶手箱就是与座椅2紧密相邻的扶手箱,在左侧内扶手箱3的外侧还设置有左侧外扶手箱4,右侧内扶手箱5的外侧还设置有右侧外扶手箱6,仿真操控部件均合理布置在座椅2两侧的内扶手箱和外扶手箱上,如图1中所示;更进一步的,左右两侧的内扶手箱采用真皮封包,从而提升连续油管作业模拟器的美观和舒适感。
主场景显示器8、注入头场景显示器7以及井下场景显示器9均通过第一显示器支架17设置在底座1的前端,第一显示器支架17由底座1的前端向上延伸,如图1中所示,主场景显示器8、注入头场景显示器7和井下场景显示器9在第一显示器支架17上的高度和角度均可调,以达到最佳观测角度。
为了进一步优化上述实施例中的技术方案,方便整个连续油管作业设备模拟器的移动,本实施例中还在底座1的底部设置了多个万向脚轮,如图2和图3中所示,具体的,为了使设备整体比较稳定本实施例在长方体底座的四角部分设置了四个万向脚轮,当然万向脚轮的数量还可以有其他选择,只要保证万向脚轮可以稳定的支撑整个连续油管作业设备模拟器即可。
为了方便操作者观察,仿真仪表显示器具体分为左侧仿真仪表显示器10和右侧仿真仪表显示器11,其中左侧仿真仪表显示器10安装于左侧外扶手箱4前端,右侧仿真仪表显示器11安装于右侧外扶手箱6前端,如图1至图3中所示,更为具体的,左侧仿真仪表显示器10、右侧仿真仪表显示器11均通过高度和角度可调的第二显示器支架安装于左侧外扶手箱4和右侧外扶手箱6上。
用于人机交互的输入装置12同样可以有多种选择,本实施例中优选的采用触控屏作为输入装置12,并且触控屏通过高度和角度可调的第三显示器支架安装在左侧外扶手箱4或者右侧外扶手箱6上,图1至图5中所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器的触控屏安装在了右侧外扶手箱6的右前方。
本实施例中连续油管作业设备模拟器中的仿真操控部件具体包括左侧操纵杆、右侧操纵杆、左侧设备按钮和右侧设备按钮,左侧操纵杆设置在左侧内扶手箱3的前端,右侧操纵杆设置在右侧内扶手箱5的前端,左侧设备按钮设置在左侧外扶手箱4上,右侧设备按钮设置在右侧外扶手箱6上,将操纵杆和设备按钮分开设置,可以避免在操作过程中操纵杆和设备按钮之间的相互影响。
更进一步的,本实施例中还增设了与计算机13相连用于播放模拟连续油管作业设备操作的各种声音的集成扬声器,使其具有更加逼真的模拟效果。
为了适应不同操作者的操作,本实施例中将座椅2设置成了可调式座椅,座椅2背部的倾斜角度可调,同时座椅2的前后位置也可以进行调节,具体是通过在座椅2的底部设置滑道,在底座1的相应位置设置与滑道适配的滑轨来实现座椅2的前后位置调节,从而增加操作者的舒适感。
更进一步的,本实施例中所提供的连续油管作业设备模拟器底座1的前端还设置有网络通信接口19,以实现本模拟器与外部计算机以及网络之间的通讯。
各种部件之间的具体连接关系请参考图6中的连接原理图。
本实用新型中的注入头场景显示器7、主场景显示器8以及井下场景显示9均以3D效果模拟显示各种场景,以进一步逼近真实操作情况。

1.一种连续油管作业设备模拟器,包括底座(1)、设置于所述底座(1)后端且位于中部的座椅(2)、设置于所述座椅(2)两侧的仿真操控部件(20)、与所述仿真操控部件(20)相连且设置在所述底座(1)内部的数据采集器(14)、设置于所述底座(1)前方的场景显示器、与所述数据采集器(14)相连且设置在所述底座(1)内部的计算机(13)、与所述计算机(13)相连的仿真仪表显示器、与所述计算机(13)相连的输入装置(12),其特征在于,所述底座(1)的内部为中空结构,所述底座(1)后端设置有多个散热风扇(16),所述底座(1)前端设置有通风孔。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管作业设备模拟器,其特征在于,所述底座(1)后端设置有一可翻转舱门,所述散热风扇(16)均设置在所述可翻转舱门上。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管作业设备模拟器,其特征在于,所述场景显示器包括设置于所述底座(1)前方中部的主场景显示器(8)以及分别设置于所述主场景显示器(8)两侧的注入头场景显示器(7)和井下场景显示器(9)。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管作业设备模拟器,其特征在于,所述座椅(2)的两侧分别设置有左侧内扶手箱(3)和右侧内扶手箱(5),所述左侧内扶手箱(3)的外侧还设置有左侧外扶手箱(4),所述右侧内扶手箱(5)的外侧设置有右侧外扶手箱(6),所述仿真操控部件(20)分别设置在所述座椅(2)两侧的内扶手箱和外扶手箱上。 
5.根据权利要求3所述的连续油管作业设备模拟器,其特征在于,所述底座(1)的前端设置有由所述底座(1)的前端向上延伸的第一显示器支架(17),所述主场景显示器(8)、注入头场景显示器(7)和所述井下场景显示器(9)均安装在所述第一显示器支架(17)上。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管作业设备模拟器,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述底座(1)底部的万向脚轮。 
7.根据权利要求4所述的连续油管作业设备模拟器,其特征在于,所述仿真仪表显示器包括安装于所述左侧外扶手箱(4)前端的左侧仿真仪表显示器(10)和安装于所述右侧外扶手箱(6)前端的右侧仿真仪表显示器(11)。 
8.根据权利要求7所述的连续油管作业设备模拟器,其特征在于,所述左侧仿真仪表显示器(10)、右侧仿真仪表显示器(11)均通过高度和角度可调的第二显示器支架安装于所述左侧外扶手箱(4)和所述右侧外扶手箱(6)上。 
9.根据权利要求4所述的连续油管作业设备模拟器,其特征在于,所述输入装置(12)为通过高度和角度可调的第三显示器支架安装于所述左侧外扶手箱(4)或者右侧外扶手箱(6)上的触控屏。 
10.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管作业设备模拟器,其特征在于,所述仿真操控部件(20)包括左侧操纵杆、右侧操纵杆、左侧设备按钮和右侧设备按钮,所述左侧操纵杆设置于所述左侧内扶手箱(3)的前端,所述右侧操纵杆设置于所述右侧内扶手箱(5)的前端,所述左侧设备按钮设置于所述左侧外扶手箱(4)上,所述右侧设备按钮设置于所述右侧外扶手箱(6)上。
