本实用新型公开了一种电阻涂胶装置用胶水池，包括有胶水池本体，胶水池内并列设有一组可同向转动的涂胶辊，涂胶辊下端侵入胶水，胶水池一侧设有位于上端的进胶口和位于下端的出胶口，胶水池一侧还设有过滤池，过滤池的入口和出口分别通过管道与胶水池的出胶口和进胶口连通，过滤池内在入口和出口之间设有滤网，管道上安装有胶水泵。本实用新型结构简单合理，安装使用方便，采用过滤池的设计，能够对胶水池内使用的胶水进行循环过滤净化，将胶水中的杂质滤出，有效地保证了胶水的清洁度，保证了电阻的涂胶效果，节约了生产成本，提高了生产加工效率。

背景技术
在电阻的生产过程中需要对电阻元器件进行涂胶处理，而现有的涂胶处理设备用胶水池结构不够合理，不能对胶水进行净化，在长时间使用后胶水池内的胶水容易存在杂质，若继续使用会影响电阻的涂胶质量，只能更换胶水，不能操作繁琐，费时费力，且使得生产成本较高，因此本实用新型涉及一种能够对胶水进行过滤清洁的胶水池，以解决现有技术中存在的缺陷。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种电阻涂胶装置用胶水池，以解决现有技术中传统的胶水池结构不够合理，不能对胶水进行净化，在长时间使用后胶水池内的胶水容易存在杂质，若继续使用会影响电阻的涂胶质量，只能更换胶水，不能操作繁琐，费时费力，且使得生产成本较高的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种电阻涂胶装置用胶水池，其特征在于：包括有胶水池本体，所述胶水池内并列设有一组可同向转动的涂胶辊，所述涂胶辊下端侵入胶水，所述胶水池一侧设有位于上端的进胶口和位于下端的出胶口，所述胶水池一侧还设有过滤池，所述过滤池的入口和出口分别通过管道与胶水池的出胶口和进胶口连通，所述过滤池内在入口和出口之间设有滤网，所述管道上安装有胶水泵。

如图1所示，一种电阻涂胶装置用胶水池，包括有胶水池1本体，胶水池1内并列设有一组可同向转动的涂胶辊2，涂胶辊2下端侵入胶水，胶水池1一侧设有位于上端的进胶口3和位于下端的出胶口4，胶水池1一侧还设有过滤池5，过滤池5的入口6和出口7分别通过管道8与胶水池1的出胶口4和进胶口3连通，过滤池5内在入口6和出口7之间设有滤网9，管道8上安装有胶水泵10。
胶水池1的进胶口3与过滤池5的出口7位于同一水平高度。

1.一种电阻涂胶装置用胶水池，其特征在于：包括有胶水池本体，所述胶水池内并列设有一组可同向转动的涂胶辊，所述涂胶辊下端侵入胶水，所述胶水池一侧设有位于上端的进胶口和位于下端的出胶口，所述胶水池一侧还设有过滤池，所述过滤池的入口和出口分别通过管道与胶水池的出胶口和进胶口连通，所述过滤池内在入口和出口之间设有滤网，所述管道上安装有胶水泵。
