目前传统的通过式过滤器的滤芯组件基本有两部分组成，即滤架和滤网，通过熔锡焊接成为滤芯组件。该滤芯组件的过滤精度为80目。当高压液体通过时，介质内含有的微小金属粒子会通过滤网进入液压系统，对液压阀及千斤顶造成污染，降低阀和千斤顶的使用寿命，甚至会因液压阀的密封失效而出现误动作，造成人身和设备事故。
