为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的：本实用新型的弹力健身器，包括下踏板及上踏板，下踏板下表面设有抓地装置，上踏板上表面设有柔性包边，下踏板及上踏板之间分别设有柔性加强筋、可伸缩装置及弹跳总成，弹跳总成为两个，其靠近下踏板及上踏板两端面设置，可伸缩装置设置在两弹跳总成之间，柔性加强筋设置在可伸缩装置与弹跳总成之间。

本弹力健身器可满足人体跳跃和行走时脚踝所需的摆动角度，成本低廉，踩踏自如，使用安全舒适，能有效达到锻炼身体的目的。上踏板2表面设有橡胶层，使其可达到防滑的目的；下踏板1及上踏板2内表面均设有与柔性加强筋5、可伸缩装置6及弹跳总成7对应的孔状结构，连接合理，可进行拆卸。

1.一种弹力健身器，包括下踏板及上踏板，其特征在于：下踏板下表面设有抓地装置，上踏板上表面设有柔性包边，下踏板及上踏板之间分别设有柔性加强筋、可伸缩装置及弹跳总成，弹跳总成为两个，其靠近下踏板及上踏板两端面设置，可伸缩装置设置在两弹跳总成之间，柔性加强筋设置在可伸缩装置与弹跳总成之间。
