Abstract

耐高温加热保温毯,结构中包括无机纤维材料组成的主体、及设置在主体内部的加热组件,关键在于所述的保温毯主体包括氧化铝纤维布外套、及设置在氧化铝纤维布外套内的硅酸铝纤维层。该保温毯不仅能给高温热工设备提供额外的加热功率,而且可以方便地组合拼装,没有细纤维飞扬,有益于工作场合中的人员健康。

技术领域
    本实用新型属于保温设施技术领域,涉及一种加热保温毯,具体地说是耐高温加热保温毯。
背景技术
 传统的保温毯多由短纤维玻璃棉或岩棉组成,使用温度较低,在高温热工场合中不适用,且多数只有单纯的保温功能,对于特殊的热工设备,保温棉包裹多层也无法升到更高温度,给工艺调整带来极大局限。
另外传统保温毯外层的耐火细纤维散乱,易于飞扬到工作场合中,污染工作环境,危害工作人员健康。且针对每种热工设备设计相应尺寸的保温毯,会造成浪费,实用性不够。因此对于热工设备,迫切需要一种耐高温、可加热、利于健康、方便拆卸组合的保温毯。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是适应热工设备的保温需要,设计一种耐高温加热保温毯;该保温毯不仅能给高温热工设备提供额外的加热功率,而且可以方便地组合拼装,没有细纤维飞扬,有益于工作场合中的人员健康。
 本实用新型的技术方案是:耐高温加热保温毯,结构中包括无机纤维材料组成的主体、及设置在主体内部的加热组件,关键在于所述的保温毯主体包括氧化铝纤维布外套、 及设置在氧化铝纤维布外套内的硅酸铝纤维层。
    本实用新型的有益效果是:1、采用耐高温的氧化铝和硅酸铝纤维,使保温毯的适用范围更宽;2、采用氧化铝纤维布外套,可防止短纤维在安装过程中飞扬,保护工作环境的健康;3、在电热丝外套装刚玉管,可以固定和保护电热丝,提高电热丝的加热均匀性;4、整个装置有一定的柔韧性,可方便地用搭扣连接,包裹在需要保温的位置;5、电加热组件可由电热丝接线端子连接电源或者多个保温毯串并联起来,模块化提供多种组合。

具体实施方式
耐高温加热保温毯,结构中包括无机纤维材料组成的主体、及设置在主体内部的加热组件,关键在于所述的保温毯主体包括氧化铝纤维布外套1、 及设置在氧化铝纤维布外套1内的硅酸铝纤维层4。
为了实现保温毯的加热功能,将电加热组件设置在硅酸铝纤维层4中间、由套装刚玉管2的电热丝3组成,电热丝组引出接线端子6接电源控制电路。
为了方便保温毯包裹各种尺寸的保温设备,在保温毯主体两端设置连接搭扣5和电热丝接线端子6共同组成基础单元,基础单元可串并联起来,模块化提供多种组合。
在控制电路中设置有继电器、和温控开关,将控制电路的控制端与电热丝的受控端连接,使电加热控制电路能借助温控开关方便地调节加热功率,在出现电阻丝短路或温度过高等异常时,能借助继电器及时断电,保证设备及人员的安全。
具体实施时,参见图1,在硅酸铝纤维层4中,设置电加热组件,做好回路的高温绝缘处理。当需要加热时,打开加热回路,调整电流或电压值,为保温毯包裹的热工设备提供额外的加热功率。在硅酸铝纤维层4外增加氧化铝纤维布外套1,固定加热组件,防止硅酸铝纤维飞散,增加产品的美观性。
刚玉管2除氧化铝材质外,还可采用氮化硅,硅酸铝等耐高温陶瓷材料。
电热丝3除镍铬合金丝以外,还可采用铜,铂金丝或者碳化硅等电阻发热单元。
当热工设备较大时,可以借助连接搭扣5和电热丝接线端子6,串并联多个保温毯,模块化提供多种组合。 

Claims (4)

1. 耐高温加热保温毯,结构中包括无机纤维材料组成的主体、及设置在主体内部的加热组件,其特征在于所述的保温毯主体包括氧化铝纤维布外套(1)、 及设置在氧化铝纤维布外套(1)内的硅酸铝纤维层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温加热保温毯,其特征在于:所述的加热组件设置在硅酸铝纤维层(4)中间、由套装刚玉管(2)的电热丝(3)组成,电热丝组引出接线端子(6)接电源控制电路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温加热保温毯,其特征在于:保温毯主体两端设置连接搭扣(5)和电热丝接线端子(6)共同组成基础单元。
4.根据权利要求2所述的耐高温加热保温毯,其特征在于:所述的控制电路中设置有继电器、和温控开关,控制电路的控制端与电热丝的受控端连接。
