一种新型LED防爆灯
技术领域
 本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型LED防爆灯。
背景技术
目前,在石化,矿山,化工,粉尘车间等易燃、易爆的场所,为提高安全性能所用的照明灯具,基本上使用LED防爆灯代替普通照明灯。LED防爆灯和其它LED灯一样,在工作过程中会产生大量热量。由于易燃、易爆环境下,更需要确保LED防爆灯的温度不宜过高,所以LED防爆灯的散热能力比其他LED灯的要求更高。但另一方面,现有LED防爆灯的散热却存在以下诸多不利因素:1、LED防爆灯的使用环境都是通风不畅的场所,空气对流不畅而不利于散热;2、LED防爆灯自身的电源及LED芯片需要绝对密封起来,以避免接触到外界空气而引燃,因此LED芯片产生的热量容易积聚而不利于散热;上述第1、2点的因素使现有LED防爆灯的散热效果不理想,如何提高LED防爆灯的散热能力成为业界致力解决的问题。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本实用新型提出一种结构简单、易大批量生产、散热效果好、速度快的新型LED防爆灯。
为解决此技术问题,本实用新型采取以下方案:一种新型LED防爆灯,包括散热器、LED芯片、灯罩以及设于散热器内的电源模块,还包括导热板和导热铜管,所述散热器为设有中空容腔的柱体,所述电源模块设于中空容腔内且电源模块的市电接入端由散热器下部穿出与市电连接,所述导热板设于散热器上部,所述LED芯片设于导热板上并与散热器内的电源模块电连接,所述灯罩盖设于导热板上,所述导热铜管由导热环和多根导热支管构成,所述导热环设于导热板内,各根所述导热支管均布设于散热器的柱壁上,各根所述导热支管一端分别与导热环相互连通且与导热环相互垂直。
进一步的,所述灯罩为钢化玻璃灯罩。
进一步的,所述导热环和导热支管设有连通的容腔,该容腔内填充有铜粉和纯水的混合物。
进一步的,所述散热器下部设有用于吊挂LED防爆灯的挂环。
进一步的,所述散热器的柱体圆周侧面设有向外延伸凸出柱体圆周侧面的散热叶片。
通过采用前述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:通过将LED芯片和电源模块都封闭设置,同时将LED芯片采用导热板和导热铜管快速的将热量导走,再由散热器散发掉,从而使得本实用新型具有散热效果好、速度快的显著效果,同时本实用新型结构简单,易于大批量生产,可普遍推广应用。通过进一步的改进,即在导热铜管内填充铜粉和纯水的混合物,有助于导热铜管快速吸热,提高本实用新型产品的快速散热性能。

参考图1,优选的本实用新型的新型LED防爆灯,包括散热器1、LED芯片2、灯罩3以及设于散热器1内的电源模块4、导热板5和导热铜管,所述散热器1为设有中空容腔的柱体,所述电源模块4设于中空容腔内且电源模块4的市电接入端由散热器下部穿出与市电连接,所述导热板5设于散热器1上部,所述LED芯片2设于导热板5上并与散热器1内的电源模块4电连接,所述灯罩3盖设于导热板4上,所述导热铜管4由导热环61和多根导热支管62构成,所述导热环61设于导热板5内,各根所述导热支管62均布设于散热器1的柱壁上,各根所述导热支管62一端分别与导热环61相互连通且与导热环61相互垂直,所述灯罩3为钢化玻璃灯罩,所述导热环61和导热支管62设有连通的容腔,该容腔内填充有铜粉和纯水的混合物,所述散热器1下部设有用于吊挂LED防爆灯的挂环7,所述散热器1的柱体圆周侧面设有向外延伸凸出柱体圆周侧面的散热叶片11。
本实用新型通过将LED芯片和电源模块都封闭设置,同时将LED芯片采用导热板和导热铜管快速的将热量导走,再由散热器散发掉,从而使得本实用新型具有散热效果好、速度快的显著效果,同时本实用新型结构简单,易于大批量生产,可普遍推广应用。通过进一步的改进,即在导热铜管内填充铜粉和纯水的混合物,有助于导热铜管快速吸热,提高本实用新型产品的快速散热性能。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本实用新型,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本实用新型的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本实用新型做出各种变化,均为本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种新型LED防爆灯,包括散热器、LED芯片、灯罩以及设于散热器内的电源模块,其特征在于:还包括导热板和导热铜管,所述散热器为设有中空容腔的柱体,所述电源模块设于中空容腔内且电源模块的市电接入端由散热器下部穿出与市电连接,所述导热板设于散热器上部,所述LED芯片设于导热板上并与散热器内的电源模块电连接,所述灯罩盖设于导热板上,所述导热铜管由导热环和多根导热支管构成,所述导热环设于导热板内,各根所述导热支管均布设于散热器的柱壁上,各根所述导热支管一端分别与导热环相互连通且与导热环相互垂直。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED防爆灯,其特征在于:所述导热环和导热支管设有连通的容腔,该容腔内填充有铜粉和纯水的混合物。
