本实用新型涉及一种泡沫皂液器,其特征在于:包括具有两端口的筒状外壳体和固定设在外壳体内进皂液一端的第一单向阀,所述外壳体出皂液端设有可沿外壳体轴向移动的内管,所述内管内端头部固定设有第二单向阀,内管内端头部与外壳体内壁之间设有可随内管一起沿外壳体内壁滑移的滑塞,所述滑塞与内管之间具有间隙,该间隙被第二单向阀柔性边缘覆盖,外壳体上部周壁具有通气孔,以在第二单向阀柔性边缘未覆盖所述间隙时两单向阀之间形成的腔室与外界空气相通。本实用新型泡沫皂液器结构简单、设计合理、成本低,各部件装配简单方便,有利于泡沫状皂液的制的。

本实用新型涉及一种泡沫皂液器。
背景技术:
皂液器,即一种用来装肥皂液或洗手消毒液的机器,人们在使用时按压按钮即可挤出需要的肥皂液或洗手消毒液,但在使用过程中,人们为了能洗的干净,挤出肥皂液或洗手消毒液的量特别大,但事实上肥皂液或洗手消毒液较少量即可清洁干净,只是人们感官上需要较大的量,从而造成了巨大的浪费。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种泡沫皂液器,该泡沫皂液器不仅结构简单、设计合理,而且有利于实现皂液与空气的混合后挤出泡沫状皂液。
    本实用新型泡沫皂液器,其特征在于:包括具有两端口的筒状外壳体和固定设在外壳体内进皂液一端的第一单向阀,所述外壳体出皂液端设有可沿外壳体轴向移动的内管,所述内管内端头部固定设有第二单向阀,内管内端头部与外壳体内壁之间设有可随内管一起沿外壳体内壁滑移的滑塞,所述滑塞与内管之间具有间隙,该间隙被第二单向阀柔性边缘覆盖,外壳体上部周壁具有通气孔,以在第二单向阀柔性边缘未覆盖所述间隙时两单向阀之间形成的腔室与外界空气相通。
    上述第一、二单向阀为橡胶鸭嘴阀。
    上述第一、二单向阀之间设有复位弹簧。
    上述第一单向阀边缘由一支撑压环压迫在外壳体内凸缘上。
    上述第二单向阀边缘由一支撑压柱压迫在内管内端头部上。
    上述复位弹簧设在支撑压环与支撑压柱之间。
    上述内管外缘与设于外壳体出皂液端上的座体内缘滑动连接,以实现内管可沿轴向滑移。
本实用新型泡沫皂液器的工作原理,在使用时,使用者按压内管外端(出皂液口),内管带动其内端的滑塞和第二单向阀往内进皂液一端移动,腔室被压缩,当该腔室压力大于第二单向阀的开阀压力时,在腔室内呈泡沫状的空气和皂液的混合体(泡沫皂液)即从出皂液口被挤出,从而得到人们需要的泡沫皂液;在使用者不在挤推内管时,内管在复位弹簧作用下回退,此时,腔室内形成负压,第一单向阀被打开,纯皂液被吸入该腔室内,同时,覆盖在间隙上的第二单向阀柔性边缘也被冲开,空气也进入腔室内,在内管复位后,腔室内即充满了泡沫状的空气和皂液的混合体(泡沫皂液),待使用者挤压使用。
本实用新型泡沫皂液器结构简单、设计合理、成本低,各部件装配简单方便,有利于泡沫状皂液的制的。

为让本实用新型的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下:
    本实用新型的泡沫皂液器,包括了具有两端口的筒状外壳体1和固定设在外壳体1内进皂液一端2的第一单向阀3,所述外壳体出皂液端4设有可沿外壳体轴向移动的内管5,所述内管内端头部固定设有第二单向阀6,内管内端头部与外壳体内壁之间设有可随内管一起沿外壳体1内壁滑移的滑塞7,所述滑塞7与内管5之间具有间隙8,该间隙被第二单向阀6柔性边缘9覆盖,外壳体上部周壁具有通气孔10,以在第二单向阀柔性边缘未覆盖所述间隙时两单向阀之间形成的腔室11与外界空气相通。
    其中第一、第二单向阀可以为橡胶鸭嘴阀。
    为了便于内管5的复位,上述第一、二单向阀之间设有复位弹簧14。
    为了便于安装定位,上述第一单向阀边缘由一支撑压环12压迫在外壳体内凸缘上。
    为了便于安装定位,上述第二单向阀边缘由一支撑压柱13压迫在内管内端头部上。
    为了设计合理及结构稳定,上述复位弹簧14设在支撑压环12与支撑压柱13之间。
    为了滑动的顺畅,上述内管外缘与设于外壳体出皂液端上的座体15内缘滑动连接,以实现内管可沿轴向滑移。

1.一种泡沫皂液器,其特征在于:包括具有两端口的筒状外壳体和固定设在外壳体内进皂液一端的第一单向阀,所述外壳体出皂液端设有可沿外壳体轴向移动的内管,所述内管内端头部固定设有第二单向阀,内管内端头部与外壳体内壁之间设有可随内管一起沿外壳体内壁滑移的滑塞,所述滑塞与内管之间具有间隙,该间隙被第二单向阀柔性边缘覆盖,外壳体上部周壁具有通气孔,以在第二单向阀柔性边缘未覆盖所述间隙时两单向阀之间形成的腔室与外界空气相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫皂液器,其特征在于:所述第一、二单向阀为橡胶鸭嘴阀。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的泡沫皂液器,其特征在于:所述第一、二单向阀之间设有复位弹簧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的泡沫皂液器,其特征在于:所述第一单向阀边缘由一支撑压环压迫在外壳体内凸缘上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的泡沫皂液器,其特征在于:所述第二单向阀边缘由一支撑压柱压迫在内管内端头部上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的泡沫皂液器,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧设在支撑压环与支撑压柱之间。
