Abstract
一种新型滴灌过滤器，采用“钢包塑”的结构，内层与水接触部分全部采用塑料，外层镶包以无缝钢管。这样既保证了水质不再受过滤器自身铁锈的污染，造成滴头堵塞；又保证了过滤器的耐内压强度不随塑料的老化而降低。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用于过滤滴灌系统的水中杂质污物的装置。
现有的铁质过滤器，因无法根除自身产生铁锈造成水质污染，而较新型的全塑过滤器虽解决了铁锈污染，可又产生了塑料随时间而老化引起的过滤器耐内压强度降低。
为了同时解决上述铁锈和强度降低问题，本设计采用了“钢包塑”结构，即将过滤器内壁与水接触的部分，全部采用PVC塑料；而在外层镶包以相应口径的无缝钢管。整个设计的关键有二：
（1）采用了“钢包塑”结构。
（2）滤芯两端的隔水胶环，下小上大，并相应地安插在各自的承插座中。
下面结合附图，详细说明本实用新型的细节。图为新型过滤器的纵剖面，斜线部分为PVC塑料，外层无斜线部分为无缝钢管。
参照图，未经过滤的水从进水口①进入进水室③，然后通过滤芯④过滤净化后进入出水室⑤，滤芯内层为100目的不锈钢丝网，将水中污物截获并积附在滤芯内侧。过滤后的净水通过出水口②流出，进入滴灌系统。
积聚在滤芯内壁上的污物，可通过开启冲洗阀⑩将其排出。
⑦为上隔水胶环，⑧为下隔水胶环，分别安插在上承插座⑥和下承插座⑨上，依靠水本身的压力，将过滤前和过滤后的水分隔开。

- 用于滴灌系统的过滤器，其特征在于：(1)过滤器外壳采用“钢包塑”的结构型式。(2)滤芯两端的隔水胶环，上大下小，并分别承插在各自的插座中。
