多烧金属波纹管烟道采暖炉:其特征是在炉膛底部焊接炉箅1档支架,在炉膛中部焊接炉箅2档支架,当炉箅放在1档支架上时,炉膛燃烧区变高,变大,则可以烧各类农、林、牧垃圾和木柴,将炉箅放在2档支架上时,则可以直接烧煤和煤沫,炉箅的上下移动,解决了一炉多烧的问题;在炉后膛的水箱中安装S型金属波纹管烟道,S型金属波纹管烟道的下端与炉膛的出烟口连接,上端与炉子的烟囱连接。金属波纹管烟道不但管壁薄,散热快,还由于管壁呈波纹状,成倍的增加了散热面积,加速了炉子的热吸收,节能充分。

背景技术
目前,虽然有不少做饭和带暖气的采暖炉品种,但大多数只能烧煤的单一燃烧模式,不能一炉多烧,满足不了人们充分利用自家多种燃烧物的愿望,当前市面上单一燃烧模式的炉子,在做饭时,一但改变燃烧物,由于燃烧的火苗和燃烧值的差异,严重影响做饭和采暖;再则,一般采暖炉后膛都以外层和内层形成水套,在内层的烟通道中焊接许多钢管,这样,生产工艺复杂,工序繁多,费料、费工、费时,还散热慢,成本高,炉子重,浪费大,价格高,销售难。 
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题:多烧金属波纹管烟道采暖炉:其特征是在炉膛底部焊接炉箅1档支架,在炉膛中部焊接炉箅2档支架,当炉箅放在1档支架上时,炉膛燃烧区变高,变大,则可以烧秸秆、蘑菇坯、树叶、锯末、杂草、牛羊粪等各类农、林、牧垃圾和木柴,生物质火焰高可以直冲锅底,做饭火力大;将炉箅放在2档支架上时,则可以直接烧煤和煤沫,煤火焰低亦可以直冲锅底,做饭火力亦大,炉箅的上下移动,解决了一炉多烧的问题。在炉后膛的水箱中安装S型金属波纹管烟道,S型金属波纹管烟道的下端与炉膛的出烟口连接,上端与炉子的烟囱连接。金属波纹管烟道不但管壁薄,散热快,还由于管壁呈波纹状,成倍的增加了散热面积,加速了炉子的热吸收,节能充分。使用金属波纹管烟道解决了生产工艺复杂,工序繁多,用料多的问题,大量的节约了材料、人工、工时,降低了成本。 
本发明所采取的技术方案是:多烧金属波纹管烟道采暖炉:包括炉箅1档支架、炉膛、炉后膛水箱、烟囱、S型金属波纹管烟道、炉箅2档支架。其特征是在炉膛底部焊接炉箅1档支架,在炉膛中部焊接炉箅2档支架,当炉箅放在1档支架上时,炉膛燃烧区变高,变大,则可以烧秸秆、蘑菇坯、树叶、锯末、杂草、牛羊粪等各类农、林、牧垃圾和木柴,生物质火焰高可以直冲锅底,做饭火力大;将炉箅放在2档支架上时,则可以直接烧煤和煤沫,煤火焰低亦可以直冲锅底,做饭火力亦大,炉箅的上下移动,解决了一炉多烧的问题。在炉后膛的水箱中安装S型金属波纹管烟道,S型金属波纹管烟道的下端与炉膛的出烟口连接,上端与炉子的烟囱连接。金属波纹管烟道不但管壁薄,散热快,还由于管壁呈波纹状,成倍的增加了散热面积,加速了炉子的热吸收,节能充分。使用金属波纹管烟道解决了生产工艺复杂,工序繁多,用料多的问题,大量的节约了材料、人工、工时,降低了成本。 
本发明的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,有以下优点:1.解决了炉子的单一燃烧模式,可一炉多烧,满足了人们充分利用自家多种燃烧物的愿望,解决了不同燃烧物的燃烧影响做饭和采暖的问题。2、烧秸秆、蘑菇坯、树叶、锯末、杂草、牛羊粪等各类农、林、牧垃圾,促进了农村的节能环保和清洁卫生。3、金属波纹管烟道散热快,成倍的增加了散热面积,加速了炉子的热吸收。4、解决了生产工艺复杂,工序繁多问题,大量的节约了材料、人工、工时,降低了成本,减轻了炉子重量,降低了炉子价格,促进销售。
