本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种使用效果好，滤芯更换方便的吸尘自净式空气过滤器。

一种吸尘自净式空气过滤器，包括通过连接法兰与空气管道连接在一起的过滤器壳体、设于壳体内的过滤器滤芯，所述过滤器滤芯外围设有导轨，所述过滤器滤芯上设有吸尘管，所述吸尘管两端滑动设置于导轨上，所述吸尘管通过传动机构连接有电动机，通过电动机及传动机构带动吸尘管在导轨上滑动，所述吸尘管通过软管连接有负压吸尘器，所述负压吸尘器连接有集尘器，所述电动机及负压吸尘器连接有控制模块，所述控制模块定时间隔地启动负压吸尘器，同时控制电动机通过传动机构使吸尘管沿着导轨往复运动进行吸尘。经较长时间使用后滤芯破损或需要彻底清洗时，可更换滤芯。
所述吸尘管沿管壁开有一排细小的小孔或间断长而细的缝隙，所述吸尘管贴近过滤器滤芯。吸尘管的小孔用于抽吸过滤器滤芯上的尘埃，尘埃经软管由负压吸尘器排到集尘器内，人工定期清理集尘器内的积尘。

如图1、图2所示，一种吸尘自净式空气过滤器，包括通过连接法兰与空气管道连接在一起的过滤器壳体10、设于壳体10内的过滤器滤芯3，过滤器滤芯3外围设有导轨4，过滤器滤芯3上设有吸尘管5，吸尘管5两端滑动设置于导轨4上，吸尘管5通过传动机构2连接有电动机1，通过电动机1及传动机构2带动吸尘管5在导轨4上滑动，吸尘管5通过波纹软管6连接有负压吸尘器7，负压吸尘器7连接有集尘器8，电动机1及负压吸尘器7连接有控制模块11，控制模块11定时间隔地启动负压吸尘器7，同时控制电动机1通过传动机构2使吸尘管5沿着导轨4往复运动进行吸尘。经较长时间使用后过滤器滤芯3破损或需要彻底清洗时，可更换滤芯。
吸尘管5沿管壁开有一排细小的小孔9或间断长而细的缝隙，吸尘管5贴近过滤器滤芯3。吸尘管5的小孔9用于抽吸过滤器滤芯3上的尘埃，尘埃经波纹软管6由负压吸尘器7排到集尘器8内，人工定期清理集尘器8内的积尘。
