本实用新型涉及一种医疗器具，尤其是一种用于人体注射输液用的输液装置。
背景技术
目前在医疗使用中的一体式输液装置存在以下缺点：穿刺器的插瓶针的穿刺部分均为塑料制成，在使用时，需要医务人员用很大的力气，同时穿刺过程中产生的瓶塞料屑还会造成药液污染；同时这种一体式的输液装置，穿刺器上带空气过滤器，其过滤器直接安装在穿刺器的针座上，这种进气结构方式，在临床穿刺后滴瓶储液操作时，药液容易进入进气通道内，导致空气过滤器上的过滤膜被药液浸湿后，造成进气困难影响输液。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种穿刺方便安全，又能防止空气过滤膜被药液浸湿的一体式输液装置。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所设计的一体式输液装置，它包括组合针护帽、针座、插瓶针、滴瓶、进气针、空气过滤器；插瓶针由金属材料构成，插瓶针的头部呈锥形，插瓶针上设有进气孔和进液孔，且进气孔位于进液孔的上端；插瓶针设置在针座上且插瓶针的末端与输液通道连接，进气针设置在插瓶针内，进气针的末端与进气口相通，且进气针固定在针座上；针座与滴瓶连接，组合针护帽套在插瓶针上；针座上设有输液通道和进气口，且该进气口与空气过滤器通过软管连接，软管的长度大于5cm。
作为优选，软管的最佳长度为10至12cm。
还可以包括输液管、流量调节器、精密过滤器、外插二通和静脉输液针，滴瓶的底部与输液管连接，输液管上从上至下分别设有流量调节器、精密过滤器、外插二通和静脉输液针；当然，精密过滤器和外插二通可以根据使用需要进行配备。
使用时，只要拿掉组合针护帽将插瓶针插入输液瓶或输液袋即可进行输液。
根据以上所述，本实用新型所得的一体式输液装置，将空气过滤器通过一根软管与针座上的进气孔连接，由于软管的长度较长，使得空气过滤膜不易弄湿。因此，它具有结构简单、使用方便和设计合理等特点。

如图1所示，本实施例描述的一体式输液装置，它包括组合针护帽1、针座2、插瓶针3、滴瓶4、进气针5、空气过滤器9、输液管12、流量调节器13、精密过滤器14、外插二通15和静脉输液针16；插瓶针3由金属材料构成，插瓶针3的头部呈锥形，插瓶针3上设有进气孔10和进液孔11，且进气孔10位于进液孔11的上端；插瓶针3设置在针座2上且插瓶针3的末端与输液通道6连接，进气针5设置在插瓶针3内，进气针5的末端与进气口7相通，且进气针5固定在针座2上，针座2与滴瓶4连接，组合针护帽1套在插瓶针3上；针座2上设有输液通道6和进气口7，且该进气口7与空气过滤器9通过软管8连接，软管8的长度为10cm；滴瓶4的底部与输液管12连接，输液管12上从上至下分别设有流量调节器13、精密过滤器14、外插二通15和静脉输液针16。

1.一种一体式输液装置，它包括组合针护帽（1）、针座（2）、插瓶针（3）、滴瓶（4）、进气针（5）、空气过滤器（9）；其特征在于：插瓶针（3）由金属材料构成，插瓶针（3）的头部呈锥形，插瓶针（3）上设有进气孔（10）和进液孔（11），且进气孔（10）位于进液孔（11）的上端；插瓶针（3）设置在针座（2）上且插瓶针（3）的末端与输液通道（6）连接，进气针（5）设置在插瓶针（3）内，进气针（5）的末端与进气口（7）相通，且进气针（5）固定在针座（2）上；针座（2）与滴瓶（4）连接，组合针护帽（1）套在插瓶针（3）上；针座（2）上设有输液通道（6）和进气口（7），且该进气口（7）与空气过滤器（9）通过软管（8）连接，软管（8）的长度大于5cm。
