针对以上问题,本实用新型提供一种工序简便,对热膨胀有效补偿的热膨胀补偿式太阳能光电光热一体化吸热体。

本实用新型所述的热膨胀补偿式太阳能光电光热一体化吸热体,由透明面板、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、太阳电池模块、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、背膜、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、带补偿节的金属板,从下到上依次层叠构成。所述透明面板为低铁钢化玻璃,所述背膜为聚氟乙烯复合膜,所述带补偿节的金属板为中间经矩形压孔工艺加工的阳极氧化铝基板。
本实用新型由于采用了补偿节,能够补偿金属板和透明面板热膨胀系数不一致造成的变形。简便的制作方式,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
一种热膨胀补偿式太阳能光电光热一体化吸热体,先将带补偿节的金属板(7)的铝基板进行阳极氧化处理,中间采用矩形压孔工艺加工,再将透明面板(1)表面清洗干净,从下到上依次层叠透明面板(1)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(2)、太阳电池模块(3)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(4)、背膜(5)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(6),带补偿节的金属板(7),然后平稳地放置到太阳能组件层压机内,层压完毕迅速将组件取出,冷却固化后进行组装。

1.一种热膨胀补偿式太阳能光电光热一体化吸热体,其特征是:由透明面板、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、太阳电池模块、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、背膜、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、带补偿节的金属板,从下到上依次层叠构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种热膨胀补偿式太阳能光电光热一体化吸热体,其特征是:所述透明面板为低铁钢化玻璃,所述背膜为聚氟乙烯复合膜,所述带补偿节的金属板为中间经矩形压孔工艺加工的阳极氧化铝基板。
