Abstract
一种在有可燃性气体或粉尘的环境中使用的荧光防爆照明灯，其特点是用单端点灯方式的高效稀土荧光异型灯管替换目前的普通一字型荧光灯管。在灯具体积和重量相似时，发光亮度可提高到三至六倍。在同功率情况下，则体积可缩小60％，重量减轻50％，光通量增加20％，用料少，成本低，使用方便而安全。
Description
一种用在有可燃性气体或粉尘的环境中的防爆安全灯具，属照明技术领域。
目前的荧光防爆照明灯，其光源都是采用普通一字型的荧光灯管，这种光源体型长，而且点灯方式是两端接电，因而整个灯具既长又重（如40W的荧光防爆灯，长达1500mm左右，重量超过12kg），原材料消耗多，结构又复杂，给生产和使用带来不便。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种亮度高、体积小、重量轻的荧光防爆照明灯。
下面结合图1详细说明本实用新型的结构和设计原理，图1右半部是正视图，左半部是剖视图。图中的4是电光源，采用单端点灯的稀土高效异型荧光灯管，以替换传统的普通直管荧光灯管。图上3是灯管插座，2是镇流器（电子式的或电感式的），8与9是电器室壳体，10是尾盖，5是透明的防爆玻璃，6是保护网架，7是回光罩，电源入口1突出在电器室壳体8的外面。
目前国内外已出现的单端稀土高效异型荧光灯管的品种有：FPL是双列直管形、FDL是四列直管形、FUL是U形或凵形弯管、FCL是环形管、2D是方阵形。
本实用新型的优点是：
在灯具体积和重量相似时，本新型灯具的发光量可以比现有产品提高到三至六倍。在相仿功率情况下，由于新光源比普通灯管的长度缩短了三分之二，可使整个灯具的体积和重量大大缩小，同时也减轻了重量，材料消耗少，成本低，而且光通量比现有的提高20％，使用这种光源，可以使配光合理化，被照的面积大而均匀。此外，由于新光源是单端点灯，灯具内的电路全部集中在一端，能简化灯具结构，使用上也更为安全。

- 一种用在有可燃性气体或粉尘环境中的荧光防爆照明灯具，由外壳8、9、10、回光罩7，保护网架6，透明防爆玻璃5以及光源组成，其特征是光源4采用单端点灯的稀土高效异型荧光灯管。
