 本实用新型涉及环保食品弱电干燥装置,尤其是在装置内加装太阳能装置为旋转装置、弱电装置及热风装置供电,使食物干燥杀菌的装置。
背景技术
目前,干燥装置是一种常用在食品烹饪上的工具,具有便捷,使用灵活的特点,主要用来在日常生活中对食品的干燥上。在日常生活中使用的烹炸装置一般是使用天然气或者用电进行供能,耗能较大,并且在使用过程中由于空气流通干燥过程中,使食物产生污染,影响人们的使用。
发明内容
为了更好的实现食品的干燥,本实用新型提供了环保食品弱电干燥装置,在装置内加装太阳能装置为旋转装置、弱电装置及热风装置供电,使食物干燥杀菌。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:装置具有一壳体,壳体内部加装太阳能装置,太阳能装置连接电源,壳体内部隔板,隔板底部加装孔洞,隔板增加了食物干燥的使用面积,隔板底部的孔洞使相邻隔板间空气流通,更好的实现通风干燥。在壳体隔板的底部加装旋转装置,旋转装置内部加装旋转泵,旋转板,旋转板连接隔板,旋转装置带动隔板进行旋转,这样有利于食物前面的接触空气,防止干燥盲点,壳体底部家装弱电装置,弱电装置产生弱电流对食品中的菌种进行杀菌。在壳体的上部加装进气口,进气口连接热风装置,热风装置内部加装高温产生装置,高温产生装置使空气热风,并且高温可以杀死空气中的病菌,高温气孔通过进气口进入食品干燥装置。使用时,太阳能装置为装置供电,将食物放入隔板,旋转装置带动隔板进行转动,高温装置产生高温气体,通过进气口使食品干燥,弱电装置产生弱电流对食品中的菌种进行杀菌,这样简单方便的实现了食品的干燥。
本实用新型的有益效果是,用于食品干燥的装置,装置内加装太阳能装置为旋转装置、弱电装置及热风装置供电,使食物干燥杀菌。
