Abstract

一种新型结构的吸尘器过滤袋，包括袋体和设置在袋体一侧的卡板，所述袋体内设有隔板，隔板的竖向两侧边粘接在设有卡板一侧的袋体上，隔板的横向两侧边敞口。使用时，空气从卡板进入袋体中后遇隔板改变流通方向，沿隔板流向隔板的背面，然后再通过袋体，袋体将灰尘过滤下来。增加的隔板改变了空气流动方向，让空气产生涡流和紊流，降低了空气流速，加速了灰尘沉降速度，灰尘沉降增多，减轻了袋体过滤灰尘的压力，从而提升了过滤袋收集和过滤灰尘的能力；在提升过滤袋收集和过滤灰尘能力的同时，还避免进入卡板孔的空气直接冲击袋体，造成袋体损伤，影响过滤袋的性能和功能。

背景技术
吸尘器过滤袋主要用来收集吸尘器吸入的灰尘，过滤掉吸入空气中的细小颗粒，把清洁的空气排出机器外。参看图1和图2，传统过滤袋中空气从卡板1进入袋体2中，袋体2将灰尘过滤下来，气流通道很顺畅。如何提高吸尘器过滤袋收集和过滤灰尘的能力，一直被业内所关注。现有技术中，大多数公司把研究重心放在研究新型的过滤材料上，通过提升材料的过滤性能，来提升过滤袋收集和过滤灰尘的能力，这种新型过滤材料的研制周期长，成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题，提供了一种新型结构的吸尘器过滤袋。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：一种新型结构的吸尘器过滤袋，包括袋体和设置在袋体一侧的卡板，所述袋体内设有隔板，隔板的竖向两侧边粘接在设有卡板一侧的袋体上，隔板的横向两侧边敞口。
作为优选，所述隔板选用高强度无纺布材料制作，采用超声波或胶粘剂粘接在设有卡板一侧的袋体上。
作为优选，所述隔板上还开设有横向条槽或若干排孔。
使用时，空气从卡板进入袋体中后遇隔板改变流通方向，沿隔板流向隔板的背面，然后再通过袋体，袋体将灰尘过滤下来。增加的隔板改变了空气流动方向，让空气产生涡流和紊流，降低了空气流速，加速了灰尘沉降速度，灰尘沉降增多，减轻了袋体过滤灰尘的压力，从而提升了过滤袋收集和过滤灰尘的能力；在提升过滤袋收集和过滤灰尘能力的同时，还避免进入卡板孔的空气直接冲击袋体，造成袋体损伤，影响过滤袋的性能和功能。因此本实用新型具有结构简单、设计合理等特点。

实施例：参看图3～5，本实用新型包括袋体2和设置在袋体一侧的卡板1，其中袋体2内设有隔板3，隔板3的竖向两侧边4粘接在设有卡板1一侧的袋体2上，隔板3的横向两侧边敞口，隔板选用高强度无纺布材料制作，采用超声波或胶粘剂粘接在设有卡板一侧的袋体上。参看图6～7，隔板3上还开设有横向条槽5或若干排孔6。使用时，空气从卡板进入袋体中后遇隔板改变流通方向，沿隔板流向隔板的背面，然后再通过袋体，袋体将灰尘过滤下来。增加的隔板改变了空气流动方向，让空气产生涡流和紊流，降低了空气流速，加速了灰尘沉降速度，灰尘沉降增多，减轻了袋体过滤灰尘的压力，从而提升了过滤袋收集和过滤灰尘的能力；在提升过滤袋收集和过滤灰尘能力的同时，还避免进入卡板孔的空气直接冲击袋体，造成袋体损伤，影响过滤袋的性能和功能。因此本实用新型具有结构简单、设计合理等特点。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种新型结构的吸尘器过滤袋，其特征在于所述隔板上还开设有横向条槽或若干排孔。
