背景技术
目前的家禽养殖厂一般采用规模化生产，家禽下的蛋的收集工作主要还是靠人工完成，员工在收集蛋时需要带着箱子或篮子在鸡舍间里来回走动，一天下来比较累。为了缩短收集蛋的时间，市场上出现了一些自动集蛋装置，但是目前的集蛋装置的抓蛋机构材质比较硬，而且大多数抓蛋机构为O形结构，在上升和下降过程中，容易出现抓蛋机构中的蛋晃动并受到撞击，出现破损情况。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种能够安全收集禽蛋的养殖用集蛋器。
本实用新型主要由送入传送带、升降传送装置和送出传送带组成，解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是升降传送装置为一立式链条式升降器，包括板式链条和转辊，板式链条内部表面设置若干链条牙，转辊上设置若干与链条牙配套的卡槽，板式链条外部表面连接若干U形爪，送出传送带的辊轴上连接用来将蛋拨至送出传送带上的拨蛋杆。
上述U形爪和拨蛋杆由弹性材料制成。
本实用新型设计合理，使用方便，大大提高了蛋收集传送过程中的安全稳定性，自动化程度高，可广泛应用于家禽养殖厂中。

如图所示：一种养殖用集蛋器，主要由送入传送带1、升降传送装置2和送出传送带3组成，升降传送装置2为一立式链条式升降器，包括板式链条21和转辊22，板式链条21内部表面设置若干链条牙24，转辊22上设置若干与链条牙24配套的卡槽25，板式链条21外部表面连接若干U形爪23，U形爪2由弹性材料制成，送出传送带3的辊轴31上连接用来将蛋拨至送出传送带3上的拨蛋杆32，拨蛋杆32由弹性材料制成。

1.一种养殖用集蛋器，主要由送入传送带、升降传送装置和送出传送带组成，其特征是升降传送装置为一立式链条式升降器，包括板式链条和转辊，板式链条内部表面设置若干链条牙，转辊上设置若干与链条牙配套的卡槽，板式链条外部表面连接若干U形爪，送出传送带的辊轴上连接用来将蛋拨至送出传送带上的拨蛋杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养殖用集蛋器，其特征是U形爪和拨蛋杆由弹性材料制成。
