本实用新型公开了一种电力系统智能报警装置。本实用新型的技术方案要点为:一种电力系统智能报警装置,主要由可编程序控制器、触摸屏、GSM短信模块、交直流输入电路和电源构成,触摸屏与可编程序控制器之间采用RS422通信,GSM短信模块与可编程序控制器采用RS485通信,交直流输入电路的输出端与可编程序控制器的输入端相连,电源引出数据线分别与触摸屏、GSM短信模块和可编程序控制器相连,交直流输入电路的输入端与输出端之间依次通过导线与整流桥和光电耦合器相连。本实用新型故障点输入可以交直流共用,并且具有联网通信和短信报警功能,主要应用于高压变电室设备故障报警。

本实用新型涉及电力运行设备技术领域,具体涉及一种电力系统智能报警装置。
背景技术
老式的电力系统用报警装置,采用指示灯加光字牌技术,只能完成故障信号的集中声光报警和显示,不具有其它的智能功能。随着计算机技术和电子技术的快速发展,电力系统用中央信号报警装置逐步向着智能化方向发展,目前的智能化中央信号报警装置采用单片机作为控制器,当设备或系统发生故障时,能及时发出音响报警信号,直接点亮相应的光字牌和驱动电笛或电铃产生声响告警,音响报警有电笛或电铃两种声音选择,音响报警可自行定义采用手动消音或延时自动消音,可通过LED显示和小键盘直接查询现场运行情况,按信号发生时间的先后顺序进行追忆,具有故障记忆功能。现有的报警装置在直观性,灵活性和网络通信方面存在欠缺。另外,原来的报警故障点输入是交直流分开的,即直流输入用直流继电器,交流输入用交流继电器,这样就需要针对不同地区电力系统的故障点为交流有源接点还是直流有源接点选择不同的继电器,使用起来较为不便。
发明内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是提供了一种故障点输入可以交直流共用,并且具有联网通信和短信报警功能的电力系统智能报警装置。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种电力系统智能报警装置,主要由可编程序控制器、触摸屏、GSM短信模块、交直流输入电路和电源构成,其特征在于:所述的触摸屏与可编程序控制器之间采用RS422通信,所述的GSM短信模块与可编程序控制器采用RS485通信,所述的交直流输入电路的输出端与可编程序控制器的输入端相连,所述的电源线分别与触摸屏、GSM短信模块和可编程序控制器相连,所述的交直流输入电路的输入端与输出端之间依次通过导线与整流桥和光电耦合器相连。
使用过程中,故障信号通过交直流输入电路送给可编程序控制器,可编程序控制器控制触摸屏显示相应的故障信息,同时可编程序控制器通过GSM短信模块将故障信息发送到设定好的手机上,手机号码可以通过触摸屏设定,在触摸屏上可以设定故障显示内容,并可显示系统动态图及故障信息的记忆等。另外,该装置也可通过网络与控制中心的上位机进行通信,实时将故障信息上传。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过GSM短信模块与值班人员进行双向通信,以便有关人员及时了解生产现场的故障情况,在必要的时侯也可以通过短信对现场设备进行操作,可以通过触摸屏进行现场监控,显得更加直观灵活,可编程序控制器控制也增加了控制的可靠性和稳定性。该装置与现有装置相比通信功能更加完善,监控直观灵活,并且交直流输入电路采用整流加光电耦合的方式,既可实现电气分离,又可以实现交直流输入两用。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述实施例。一种电力系统智能报警装置,主要由可编程序控制器、触摸屏、GSM短信模块、交直流输入电路和电源构成,所述的触摸屏与可编程序控制器之间采用RS422通信,所述的GSM短信模块与可编程序控制器采用RS485通信,所述的交直流输入电路的输出端与可编程序控制器的输入端相连,所述的电源线分别与触摸屏、GSM短信模块和可编程序控制器相连,所述的交直流输入电路的输入端1与输出端4之间依次通过导线与整流桥2和光电耦合器3相连。
使用过程中,故障信号通过交直流输入电路送给可编程序控制器,可编程序控制器控制触摸屏显示相应的故障信息,同时可编程序控制器通过GSM短信模块将故障信息发送到设定好的手机上,手机号码可以通过触摸屏设定,在触摸屏上可以设定故障显示内容,并可显示系统动态图,及故障信息的记忆等。另外,该装置也可通过网络与控制中心的上位机进行通信,实时将故障信息上传。
电力系统故障信号多为带电接点,为此,该实用新型交直流输入电路采用整流加光电耦合的方式,既可实现电气隔离,又可以实现交直流流输入两用。输入信号经交直流输入电路后,输入到可编程序控制器的输入端,可编程序控制器通过程序来控制触摸屏的显示元件,并以闪烁的形式来显示的文字可以进行设定,这样可以使显示更加灵活,并可扩大显示的故障信号数量。此外,触摸屏可以对故障信息进行历史记录,内容包括故障序号,发生时间,恢复时间等,触摸屏还可以对系统图进行动态显示,以直观地观察系统运行情况,还可以在触摸屏上设置试验按钮以检验报警功能是否正常,设置报警信号停止按钮以停止声音报警,但方字报警信号依然闪烁。
通过触摸屏的RS232接口可以将故障信号等数据发送到监控中心的上位机上,或者构成网络以便上位机可以实时显示故障信息并作出处理。可编程序控制器在接收到故障信息后,通过可编程序控制器的串行通信指令将故障信号发送至可编程序控制器的串口,可编程序控制器通过RS485串口与 GSM短信模块连接,短信模块相当于可编程序控制器的串口,收到可编程序控制器的信号后,采用格式传输方式发送到设定的手机中,使有关人员及时了解故障情况并做出处理,也可通过手机发送短信的方式对现场情况进行紧急处理。发送短信的手机码可以在触摸屏上进行设置,该装置可同时设置3个电话号码,即可以依次给3个手机发短信。整个装置需要在可编程序控制器上编制程序进行控制,还要编制触摸屏界面控制程序。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过GSM短信模块与值班人员进行双向通信,以便有关人员及时了解生产现场的故障情况,在必要的时侯也可以通过短信对现场设备进行操作,可以通过触摸屏进行现场监控,显得更加直观灵活,可编程序控制器控制也增加了控制的可靠性和稳定性。该装置与现有装置相比通信功能更加完善,监控直观灵活,并且交直流输入电路采用整流加光电耦合的方式,既可实现电气分离,又可以实现交直流输入两用。
