背景技术
现有技术的高压电缆由于输送高电压的电能,在其周围通常会产生电晕。由于电晕的出现,电缆的使用寿命将大大缩短。 
同时,现有技术的高压电缆普遍存在着结构强度差,在大跨度架设时容易拉断;再有就是,高压电缆通常架设在野外,在冬天容易结冰,容易拉倒输电塔。 
因此,为解决上述技术问题,确有必要提供一种具有改良结构的220kV高压电缆,以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。 
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构牢固,不易出现电晕以及能够自动融冰的220kV高压电缆。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:一种220kV高压电缆,其包括若干缆芯、屏蔽层、填充层、聚乙烯绝缘层、防水层以及护套层;其中,所述屏蔽层分别设置于各缆芯上;所述填充层包覆所述若干缆芯,其和聚乙烯绝缘层、防水层以及护套层依次自内而外设置;于所述护套层内设有两个加热钢丝。 
本实用新型的220kV高压电缆进一步设置为:所述缆芯具体为3根,该3根缆芯呈品字形排布。 
本实用新型的220kV高压电缆还设置为:所述填充层为硅橡胶填充层。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型的220kV高压电缆具有结构牢固,不易出现电晕以及能够自动融冰等诸多优点。

具体实施方式
请参阅说明书附图1所示,本实用新型为一种220kV高压电缆,其由若干缆芯1、屏蔽层2、填充层3、聚乙烯绝缘层4、防水层5以及护套层6等几部分组成。 
其中,所述缆芯1为铜芯,其具体数目为3根,该3根缆芯1呈品字形排布。 
所述屏蔽层2分别设置于各缆芯1上,该屏蔽层2能够贴合缆芯1和填充层3,从而能够有效避免电晕现象的发生,延长电缆的使用寿命。 
所述填充层3包覆所述若干缆芯1,其和聚乙烯绝缘层4、防水层5以及护套层6依次自内而外设置。该填充层3为硅橡胶填充层3。通过设置所述硅橡胶填充层3和聚乙烯绝缘层4,从而使该电缆的绝缘性较好。所述防水层5使该电缆的防水性能好,更适合野外使用。 
于所述护套层6内设有两个加热钢丝7,该加热钢丝7不仅能增加电缆的结构强度,以便于大跨度架设而不断线,同时,该加热钢丝7能够通电对护套层6进行加热,当冬天电缆上覆冰时,能够及时将冰块消融,进而避免电缆断线或者拉倒输电塔。

1.一种220kV高压电缆,其特征在于:包括若干缆芯、屏蔽层、填充层、聚乙烯绝缘层、防水层以及护套层;其中,所述屏蔽层分别设置于各缆芯上;所述填充层包覆所述若干缆芯,其和聚乙烯绝缘层、防水层以及护套层依次自内而外设置;于所述护套层内设有两个加热钢丝。
2.如权利要求1所述的220kV高压电缆,其特征在于:所述缆芯具体为3根,该3根缆芯呈品字形排布。
3.如权利要求2所述的220kV高压电缆,其特征在于:所述填充层为硅橡胶填充层。
