本实用新型公开一种两对圆形线对物理发泡阻水双屏蔽型引入电缆,由中心的两对线对及依次由内向外包绕在两对所述的线对的外部的聚酯带、铝箔层、编织层及外护层组成,所述的聚酯带与所述的铝箔层之间设置有泄流线,每对所述的线对包括两根导体,所述的导体的外部包绕有绝缘层,所述的绝缘层包括依次由所述的导体的外壁从内向外包绕的内皮层、物理发泡层及外皮层,所述的线对的外部包绕有阻水带。本设计的电缆中导体外部的绝缘层采用内皮层、物理发泡层加外皮层的结构,物理发泡层的发泡材料成本低廉、质量轻,在保证电缆性能要求的前提下,能够有效减少原料用量,进而降低电缆生产成本、运输成本,同时也降低了废料和有害气体的排放。

本实用新型涉及一种两对圆形线对物理发泡阻水双屏蔽型引入电缆。
背景技术
   现有的两对圆形线对阻水双屏蔽型引入电缆中的绝缘层采用实心PE材料,使得电缆整体成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种两对圆形线对物理发泡阻水双屏蔽型引入电缆,其中的绝缘层中部以发泡材料填充,减少PE材料的用量,进而有效降低成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种两对圆形线对物理发泡阻水双屏蔽型引入电缆,由中心的两对线对及依次由内向外包绕在两对所述的线对的外部的聚酯带、铝箔层、编织层及外护层组成,所述的聚酯带与所述的铝箔层之间设置有泄流线,每对所述的线对包括两根导体,所述的导体的外部包绕有绝缘层,所述的绝缘层包括依次由所述的导体的外壁从内向外包绕的内皮层、物理发泡层及外皮层,所述的线对的外部包绕有阻水带,所述的导体的直径为0.5mm,所述的内皮层的厚度为0.01mm,所述的物理发泡层的厚度为0.14mm,所述的外皮层的厚度为0.05mm,所述的阻水带的厚度为0.15mm,所述的聚酯带的厚度为0.02mm,所述的铝箔层的厚度为0.02mm,所述的编织层的厚度为0.2mm,所述的编织层为80%覆盖率的铜丝,所述的线对为平行线对或对绞线对。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本设计的电缆中导体外部的绝缘层采用内皮层、物理发泡层加外皮层的结构,物理发泡层的发泡材料成本低廉、质量轻,在保证电缆性能要求的前提下,能够有效减少原料用量,进而降低电缆生产成本、运输成本,同时也降低了废料和有害气体的排放。

下面结合附图所示的实施例对本实用新型作以下详细描述:
如附图1所示,一种两对圆形线对物理发泡阻水双屏蔽型引入电缆,由中心的两对线对及依次由内向外包绕在两对线对的外部的聚酯带7、铝箔层8、编织层10及外护层9组成,聚酯带7与铝箔层8之间设置有泄流线11,每对线对包括两根导体1,导体1的外部包绕有绝缘层2,绝缘层2包括依次由导体1的外壁从内向外包绕的内皮层3、物理发泡层4及外皮层5,线对的外部包绕有阻水带6,其中,导体1的直径为0.5mm,内皮层3的厚度为0.01mm,物理发泡层4的厚度为0.14mm,外皮层5的厚度为0.05mm,阻水带6的厚度为0.15mm,聚酯带7的厚度为0.02mm,铝箔层8的厚度为0.02mm,编织层10的厚度为0.2mm,编织层10为80%覆盖率的铜丝,上述的线对为平行线对或对绞线对,绝缘层2为PE,外护层9为PE和PVC,内皮层3、物理发泡层4和外皮层5为PE,阻水带6为阻水材料,该引入电缆外径为6.3mm,经粗略计算大约节约PE材料的量为0.68KG/KM。
相较于现有技术,本设计的电缆中导体1外部的绝缘层2采用内皮层3、物理发泡层4加外皮层5的结构,物理发泡层4的发泡材料成本低廉、质量轻,在保证电缆性能要求的前提下,能够有效减少原料用量,进而降低电缆生产成本、运输成本,同时也降低了废料和有害气体的排放。

1.一种两对圆形线对物理发泡阻水双屏蔽型引入电缆,其特征在于:由中心的两对线对及依次由内向外包绕在两对所述的线对的外部的聚酯带、铝箔层、编织层及外护层组成,所述的聚酯带与所述的铝箔层之间设置有泄流线,每对所述的线对包括两根导体,所述的导体的外部包绕有绝缘层,所述的绝缘层包括依次由所述的导体的外壁从内向外包绕的内皮层、物理发泡层及外皮层,所述的线对的外部包绕有阻水带,所述的导体的直径为0.5mm,所述的内皮层的厚度为0.01mm,所述的物理发泡层的厚度为0.14mm,所述的外皮层的厚度为0.05mm,所述的阻水带的厚度为0.15mm,所述的聚酯带的厚度为0.02mm,所述的铝箔层的厚度为0.02mm,所述的编织层的厚度为0.2mm,所述的编织层为80%覆盖率的铜丝,所述的线对为平行线对或对绞线对。
