本实用新型涉及一种柴油机尾气后处理系统尿素喷射控制器,包括单片机;分别连接于单片机的电源模块、CAN通讯模块、信号调理模块、尿素泵喷嘴驱动模块、尿素泵管箱加热驱动模块,所述信号调理模块通过线束分别与钥匙开关、蓄电池电源开关、尿素温度液位传感器、尿素压力传感器、催化器前温传感器、环境温度传感器以及NOx传感器连接。根据发动机的实时工况、催化器的温度、环境状态等参数,由单片机进行精确的逻辑运算,控制尿素溶液的喷射时刻和喷射量。通过对相应MAP的标定,使所匹配的柴油机达到重型柴油车国Ⅳ或更严格的排放标准。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车电子领域,具体涉及一种用于柴油机的尾气后处理系统。
背景技术
随着柴油机排放法规的日益严格,要实现国Ⅳ及以上排放标准仅机内净化技术已很难满足要求,必须依靠机外后处理技术予以辅助。      
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服以上技术的不足,提供了一种控制尿素溶液的喷射时刻和喷射量的柴油机尾气后处理系统尿素喷射控制器。
本实用新型克服其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本柴油机尾气后处理系统尿素喷射控制器,包括单片机;分别连接于单片机的电源模块、CAN通讯模块、信号调理模块、尿素泵喷嘴驱动模块、尿素泵管箱加热驱动模块,所述信号调理模块通过线束分别与钥匙开关、蓄电池电源开关、尿素温度液位传感器、尿素压力传感器、催化器前温传感器、环境温度传感器以及NOx传感器连接。
为了实现故障诊断,车辆行车电脑中的行车电脑诊断模块连接于单片机。
本实用新型的有益效果是:根据发动机的实时工况、催化器的温度、环境状态等参数,由单片机进行精确的逻辑运算,控制尿素溶液的喷射时刻和喷射量。通过对相应MAP的标定,使所匹配的柴油机达到重型柴油车国Ⅳ或更严格的排放标准。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1对本实用新型做进一步说明。
本柴油机尾气后处理系统尿素喷射控制器,包括单片机;分别连接于单片机的电源模块、CAN通讯模块、信号调理模块、尿素泵喷嘴驱动模块、尿素泵管箱加热驱动模块,所述信号调理模块通过线束分别与钥匙开关、蓄电池电源开关、尿素温度液位传感器、尿素压力传感器、催化器前温传感器、环境温度传感器以及NOx传感器连接。当车辆的钥匙开关打到ON档时,发动机启动,钥匙开关以及蓄电池电源开关接通信号通过信号调理模块至单片机,电源模块提供电力本控制器开始上电工作,单片机通过尿素泵驱动模块控制尿素泵启动使其从尿素箱里吸取尿素,在尿素压力管中建立5-6bar的喷射压力,同时尿素压力传感器将压力信号通过信号调理模块处理后反馈至单片机,单片机根据目标值实时通过尿素泵驱动模块调节尿素泵的负载,使得喷射压力稳定在目标值附近。单片机通过CAN总线获取发动机的实时工况(转速、扭矩百分比),再结合尿素温度液位传感器测得的尿素溶液温度值、催化器前温传感器检测的温度值、以及环境温度传感器检测的环境温度值经信号调理模块处理后输入至单片机进行计算,判断当前温度下是否需要通过尿素泵管箱加热驱动模块开启尿素解冻系统。单片机通过尿素喷嘴驱动模块控制尿素溶液是否进行喷射及喷射的数量,同时判断排放是否超出排放法规要求的限值,发出控制信号。由于不同的机型对应的原始NOx排放量不同,因此需要通过标定尿素喷射量等相应的MAP,使所匹配的柴油机达到重型柴油车国Ⅳ或更严格的排放标准。
车辆行车电脑中的行车电脑诊断模块连接于单片机。行车电脑诊断模块对输入信号和执行器的故障诊断,并通过单片机计算,之后通过CAN通讯模块传输到驾驶室内提供故障报警,对整个系统的运行进行实时故障监测,以使驾驶人员第一时间得知故障。

1.一种柴油机尾气后处理系统尿素喷射控制器,其特征在于:包括单片机;分别连接于单片机的电源模块、CAN通讯模块、信号调理模块、尿素泵喷嘴驱动模块、尿素泵管箱加热驱动模块,所述信号调理模块通过线束分别与钥匙开关、蓄电池电源开关、尿素温度液位传感器、尿素压力传感器、催化器前温传感器、环境温度传感器以及NOx传感器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机尾气后处理系统尿素喷射控制器,其特征在于:车辆行车电脑中的行车电脑诊断模块连接于单片机。
