整经机中的分纱筘中的分纱针一般采用金属制作，其底部固定于分纱筘的底座上，当纱线穿过分纱筘时，由于分纱针的金属特性，有可能导致纱线发生断裂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要解决现有技术的不足，在金属制的分纱针外覆设陶瓷层来减少摩擦。
为实现上述目的，设计一种改进的整经机，包括筒子架、集纱装置、分纱筘、张力罗拉，其特征在于：所述的分纱筘的分纱针外覆设陶瓷层。
所述的分纱针采用圆柱形。
每根分纱针的底部轴接于分纱筘的底座上所设的转轴上，转轴连接电机。

参见图1，本实用新型包括筒子架、集纱装置、分纱筘、张力罗拉，其特征在于：所述的分纱筘的分纱针1外覆设陶瓷层2；且分纱针1采用圆柱形。分纱筘的底座3上均布有转轴，每根分纱针1的底部轴接于转轴上，转轴还连接电机，在整经过程中，底座3上分纱针1的转速要与纱线的前进速度一致，可以极大的减少摩擦，减少纱线断裂的可能性。
