本实用新型涉及一种护栏加工设备，具体是一种弧形钢板切割装置。
背景技术
现有技术中，在护栏的加工过程中，需要用到弧形钢板，传统的技术中，弧形钢板的切割存在技术难题，很难切割的十分准确，切割出来的钢板存在圆弧度不够光滑，且圆弧的弧度也不好控制，采用一些大型数控切割设备存在加工成本高，加工效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单，切割速度快，使用简单，切割出来的圆弧质量好的弧形钢板切割装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种弧形钢板切割装置，包括工作台，其特征在于：所述工作台的一侧设有支架，所述支架上端安装螺杆，所述螺杆的端部设有切割烧嘴，所述切割头在螺杆的作用下可以前后移动，所述工作台的底部设有电机，所述工作台可以被电机带动旋转，所述工作台上设有限位挡板，所述限位挡板上设有定位板。
所述工作台的侧壁上设有旋转手柄。
本实用新型在工作台的一侧设有支架，且在支架上安装有切割烧嘴，且在工作台的底部设有电机，在电机的带动下，工作台可以旋转，将待切割的钢板固定在工作台上，这样电机带动工作台做圆周转动，同时切割烧嘴对钢板进行切割，通过调节螺杆的前后伸缩距离可以调整切割位置，这样可以及时调整切割形状。

参见附图，一种弧形钢板切割装置，包括工作台1，所述工作台1的一侧设有支架2，所述支架2上端安装螺杆3，所述螺杆3的端部设有切割烧嘴4，所述切割头在螺杆3的作用下可以前后移动，所述工作台1的底部设有电机5，所述工作台1可以被电机9带动旋转，所述工作台1上设有限位挡板6，所述限位挡板6上设有定位板7。
所述工作台1的侧壁上设有旋转手柄8。
