(3) immersing the peritoneal dialysis catheter titanium joint in a disinfectant for disinfection for 30 minutes;
(4) and thirdly, pulling out the peritoneal dialysis catheter titanium joint, and wiping off disinfectant on the peritoneal dialysis catheter titanium joint by using a cotton swab to complete the disinfection process of the peritoneal dialysis catheter titanium joint.
The whole disinfection process is simple and convenient to operate, the patient can properly move limbs, contact pollution is effectively avoided, the disinfection effect is improved, and waste of disinfectant is avoided.
In the first embodiment, the peritoneal tube is sterilized and then connected with the disassembled sterile new external short tube, and finally, the process of replacing the external short tube is smoothly completed.
Second embodiment mode
Reference may also be made to the device for the sterilisation of titanium joints of peritoneal tubes in accordance with the first embodiment shown in figures 1 and 2, the second embodiment differing from the first embodiment only in that:
the height B of the bottle body is 38mm, the diameter A of the bottom of the bottle body is 43mm, and the height C of the bottle neck is 5 mm;
the height of the bottle cap is basically corresponding to the height C of the bottle neck, and the diameter E of the bottle cap is 33 mm;
the diameter of the hole is 11 mm;
the diameter of the guide hidden opening is 2 mm;
the cover edge 24 is in an umbrella shape, and the included angle alpha between the cover edge 24 and the axial direction of the bottle cap 20 is about 14 degrees;
the height D of the cover edge is 18 mm;
the total height of the container device is about 61 mm.
The rest of the structure and the sterilization process are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Third embodiment mode
Reference may also be made to the device for the sterilisation of titanium joints of peritoneal tubes in accordance with the first embodiment shown in figures 1 and 2, the third embodiment differing from the first embodiment only in that:
the height B of the bottle body is 40mm, the diameter A of the bottom of the bottle body is 44mm, and the height C of the bottle neck is 4 mm;
the height of the bottle cap is basically corresponding to the height C of the bottle neck, and the diameter E of the bottle cap is 35 mm;
the diameter of the hole is 12.5 mm;
the diameter of the guide hidden opening is 4 mm;
the cover edge 24 is in an umbrella shape, and the included angle alpha between the cover edge 24 and the axial direction of the bottle cap 20 is about 14.5 degrees;
the height D of the cover edge is 20.5 mm;
the total height of the container device is about 64.5 mm.
The rest of the structure and the sterilization process are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Fourth embodiment mode
Reference may also be made to the device for the sterilisation of titanium joints of peritoneal tubes in accordance with the first embodiment shown in figures 1 and 2, the fourth embodiment differing from the first embodiment only in that:
the height B of the bottle body is 41mm, the diameter A of the bottom of the bottle body is 46mm, and the height C of the bottle neck is 6 mm;
the height of the bottle cap is basically corresponding to the height C of the bottle neck, and the diameter E of the bottle cap is 37 mm;
the diameter of the hole is 13 mm;
the diameter of the guide hidden opening is 5 mm;
the cover edge 24 is in an umbrella shape, and the included angle alpha between the cover edge 24 and the axial direction of the bottle cap 20 is about 15.5 degrees;
the height D of the cover edge is 21 mm;
the total height of the container device is about 68 mm.
The rest of the structure and the sterilization process are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Fifth embodiment mode
Reference may also be made to the device for the sterilisation of titanium joints of peritoneal tubes in accordance with the first embodiment shown in figures 1 and 2, the fifth embodiment differing from the first embodiment only in that:
the height B of the bottle body is 40mm, the diameter A of the bottom of the bottle body is 45mm, and the height C of the bottle neck is 5 mm;
the height of the bottle cap is basically corresponding to the height C of the bottle neck, and the diameter E of the bottle cap is 35 mm;
the diameter of the hole is 12.5 mm;
the diameter of the guide hidden opening is 2.5 mm;
the cover edge 24 is in an umbrella shape, and the included angle alpha between the cover edge 24 and the axial direction of the bottle cap 20 is about 14 degrees;
the height D of the cover edge is 20 mm;
the total height of the container device is about 65 mm.

Sixth embodiment mode

Claims (13)
1. A device for sterilizing a medical tubing connector to which a medical tubing is connected, comprising:
a bottle body;
a bottle cap;
the bottle cap is provided with a hole for inserting and pulling out the medical pipe joint; wherein,
the diameter of the hole is correspondingly matched with the diameter of the medical pipe joint;
the hole area is covered with an elastic silicone membrane.
2. The apparatus for disinfecting a medical tube fitting as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottle body comprises a body for receiving a disinfecting solution and a neck at an upper end of the body, the neck is provided with a screw port, and the cap is provided at an inner periphery thereof with a cap screw which is engaged with the screw port and is tightly screwed.
3. The apparatus for sterilizing medical tubing connectors as defined in claim 2, wherein said body is made of transparent material and has graduations marked thereon, said graduations corresponding to the volume of said body.
4. The apparatus for sterilizing medical tubing connectors as claimed in claim 2, wherein said body is in the shape of a flask with a wide bottom and a narrow top, and the ends in the narrow top form said neck.
5. The device for sterilizing medical tubing connectors as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cap is provided with a protective shield comprising a shield rim surrounding the rim of the cap and having a height above the rim of the cap, said shield rim being open around the inside thereof with the shield rim facing upwards.
6. The device for disinfecting a medical tubing joint as claimed in claim 5, wherein said cover is umbrella-shaped.
7. The device for disinfecting a medical tubing fitting of claim 6, wherein the cap is angled at 14-16 ° from the axial direction of the cap, and wherein the diameter of the cap along the open end is greater than the diameter of the cap.
8. The device for disinfecting a medical tube joint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic silicone membrane is provided with a guide-concealed opening.
9. The device for disinfecting a medical tubing fitting of claim 8, wherein said guide recess opening is cross-shaped.
10. The device for disinfecting a medical tube fitting of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein said medical tube is a peritoneal dialysis tube and said medical tube fitting is a peritoneal dialysis tube titanium fitting;
the peritoneal dialysis catheter comprises an abdominal cavity inner section peritoneal dialysis catheter, an abdominal wall section peritoneal dialysis catheter and an external section peritoneal dialysis catheter, wherein the tail end of the external section peritoneal dialysis catheter is connected with a peritoneal dialysis catheter titanium connector.
11. The device for sterilizing medical tubing connectors as claimed in claim 10, wherein said trans-peritoneal titanium connector has a length of 24-26mm and a diameter of 9.5-10.5 mm; the height of the bottle body is 43-47mm, and the diameter of the bottom of the bottle body is 43-47 mm; the diameter of the bottle cap is 33-37 mm; the diameter of the hole is 11-13 mm.
12. The device for disinfecting a medical tube joint according to claim 11, wherein the elastic silicone membrane is provided with a guide concealed opening, and the diameter of the guide concealed opening is 2-5 mm.
13. The device for disinfecting a medical tubing joint as claimed in claim 11, wherein the cap is provided with a protective shield comprising a shield rim surrounding the edge of the cap and having a height above the edge of the cap, the shield rim being inwardly surrounded to form an upwardly facing shield opening; wherein,
the cover edge is in an umbrella shape, and the included angle between the cover edge and the axial direction of the bottle cap is 14-16 degrees;
the height of the cover edge is 18-22 cm.
