Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种小型实验区玉米播种器，在旋转轴上装有行走轮和播种轮。播种轮的外周对称装有播种漏斗，播种轮左端封闭，左端敞开，通过左端板固定在旋转轴上。在播种轮内旋转轴上装有定量排种器，播种轮的上方装有种子箱，种子箱底部的种子溜槽底部开口下探至排种器的上方。在行走轮和播种轮之间的旋转轴上装有轴套，种子箱通过支撑杆固定在轴套上。操作杆下端的U形架固定在两个轴套上。本实用新型的有益效果是该玉米播种器结构简单、实用，特别适合于小面积试验地块的种植，尤其是在试验大棚中使用。该设备虽然是手动机械，但是劳动强度很低，能够显著提高播种效率。

背景技术
在科研部门经常要进行一些小面积地块的试验性种植，此时使用常规的大田播种机械往往不便于进行操作。采用纯手工播种又会增加不少的劳动强度。在这里最好是采用一些简单的播种工具，而适合于这种小地块种植的播种工具又不多见。 
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种小型实验区玉米播种器，该播种器不仅十分适合于小区地块的播种操作，而且能够明显减轻劳动强度。 
本实用新型的技术方案是：该播种器包括一根旋转轴，旋转轴两端装有行走轮，中间装有播种轮。播种轮为一个旋转滚筒，外周对称装有多个播种漏斗。播种轮的左端封闭，左端敞开，播种轮通过左端板固定在旋转轴上。在播种轮内的旋转轴上装有定量排种器，播种轮的上方装有种子箱，种子箱底部设有种子溜槽，种子溜槽的底部开口穿过播种轮右端的敞口下探至排种器的上方，在行走轮和播种轮之间的旋转轴上装有轴套，种子箱通过支撑杆固定在轴套上。操作杆下端的U形架固定在两个轴套上。 
本实用新型的有益效果是该播种器结构简单、实用，特别适合于小面积试验地块的种植，尤其是在试验大棚中使用。该设备虽然是手动机械，但是劳动强度很低，能够显著提高播种效率。

如图1所示，该播种器包括一根旋转轴1，旋转轴1两端装有行走轮2，中间装有播种轮3。播种轮3为一个旋转滚筒，外周对称装有多个播种漏斗4。播种轮3的左端封闭，左端敞开，播种轮3通过左端板5固定在旋转轴1上。在播种轮3内的旋转轴1上装有定量排种器6，播种轮3的上方装有种子箱7，种子箱7底部设有种子溜槽8，种子溜槽8的底部开口穿过播种轮3右端的敞口下探至排种器6的上方，在行走轮2和播种轮3之间的旋转轴1上装有轴套9，种子箱7通过支撑杆10固定在轴套9上。操作杆11下端的U形架固定在两个轴套9上。

1.一种小型实验区玉米播种器，其特征在于：该播种器包括一根旋转轴(1)，旋转轴(1)两端装有行走轮(2)，中间装有播种轮(3)；播种轮(3)为一个旋转滚筒，外周对称装有多个播种漏斗(4)；播种轮(3)的左端封闭，左端敞开，播种轮(3)通过左端板(5)固定在旋转轴(1)上；在播种轮(3)内的旋转轴(1)上装有定量排种器(6)，播种轮(3)的上方装有种子箱(7)，种子箱(7)底部设有种子溜槽(8)，种子溜槽(8)的底部开口穿过播种轮(3)右端的敞口下探至排种器(6)的上方，在行走轮(2)和播种轮(3)之间的旋转轴(1)上装有轴套(9)，种子箱(7)通过支撑杆(10)固定在轴套(9)上；操作杆(11)下端的U形架固定在两个轴套(9)上。
