背景技术
[0002] 现有的方舱电站包括方舱电站壳体和位于方舱电站壳体内的发电机及柴油机。发电机和柴油机工作时产生大量的噪声,这些噪声一方面通过柴油机排放的废气直接排放到方舱电站壳体外,另一方面通过方舱电站壳体传递到方舱电站外,使得方舱电站噪声大,给方舱电站外的居民造成伤害,也会对周围的环境造成污染。

[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种方舱电站,以解决上述问题。
[0004] —种方舱电站,其包括方舱电站壳体、柴油机和发电机;所述柴油机和所述发电机设置在所述方舱电站壳体内;所述柴油机设置的排气口设置有消声器;所述方舱电站壳体的内壁设置有吸音层和第一网板;所述吸音层通过第一网板压紧固定在所述方舱电站壳体的内壁上。
[0005] 与现有技术相比,本实用新型实施例的优点在于:所述方舱电站壳体内的所述柴油机和所述发电机在运行过程中,柴油机产生大量的噪音,通过所述柴油机的排气口设置的消声器,可大大吸收柴油机废气中的噪声,从而减少向外界环境排放的噪声;所述方舱电站壳体内的第一网板上设置有很多小孔,这些小孔基于小孔降噪的原理,可以起到降低腔室内空气中噪声的作用。方舱电站壳体内的噪声穿过小孔后,设置的吸音层可以对降噪后的噪声再次降噪,多次降噪后吸收掉大部分的噪声,从而大大的减少了从所述方舱电站壳体内向外传导的噪声,因此该方舱电站噪声低,减少了对大气环境的污染。

[0010] 如图1、图2和图3所示为本实用新型实施例的一种方舱电站,其包括方舱电站壳体101、柴油机和发电机;所述柴油机和所述发电机设置在所述方舱电站壳体101内;所述柴油机设置的排气口设置有消声器202 ;所述方舱电站壳体101的内壁设置有吸音层301 ;所述吸音层301通过第一网板303压紧固定在所述方舱电站壳体101的内壁上。
[0011 ] 所述方舱电站壳体内的所述柴油机和所述发电机在运行过程中,柴油机产生大量的噪音,通过所述柴油机的排气口设置的消声器202,可大大吸收柴油机废气中的噪声,从而减少向外界环境排放的噪声;所述方舱电站壳体内的第一网板303上设置有很多小孔302,这些小孔302基于小孔降噪的原理,可以起到降低腔室内空气中噪声的作用。方舱电站壳体内的噪声穿过小孔302后,设置的吸音层301可以对降噪后的噪声再次降噪,多次降噪后吸收掉大部分的噪声,从而大大的减少了从所述方舱电站壳体内向外传导的噪声,因此该方舱电站噪声低,减少对大气环境的污染。
[0012] 进一步,所述方舱电站壳体内设置有隔板104,所述隔板104将所述方舱电站壳体101分隔为第一舱室106和第二舱室103 ;所述第一舱室106和所述第二舱室103内部的空气不能互相流通,所述第二舱室103内产生的噪声与热量不会影响到所述第一舱室106,而且所述吸音层301通过所述第一网板303压紧固定在所述第一舱室106和所述第二舱室103的内壁上,从而更有效的吸收噪声和扩散热量,降低了空气的污染。
[0013] 进一步,所述方舱电站壳体的第一舱室106内设置有至少一个第一进风窗口和至少一个第一排风窗口 ;所述方舱电站壳体的第二舱室设置有至少一个第二进风窗口 109和至少一个第二排风窗口 102 ;所述方舱电站在发电时,所述第一进风窗口为所述柴油机提供进气,所述第一排风窗口将所述消声器和所述吸音层没有吸收掉的噪声和热量排出所述第一舱室外,为进一步降噪提供帮助,所述第二进风窗口 109为所述第二舱室103提供进气,所述第二排风窗口 102将所述第二舱室103的尾气排出,从而形成了空气的流通。
[0014] 进一步,所述方舱电站还包括多块第二网板;每一个所述第一进风窗口、第一排风窗口、第二进风窗口和第二排风窗口的内部均嵌入有第二网板;所述第二网板上设置有许多小孔,所述小孔可以起到吸收噪音的功能,所述方舱电站壳体外的空气经过所述第一进风窗口进入到所述第一舱室,给所述柴油机提供进气,所述柴油机经过一系列的内部工作后,尾气经过所述消声器消除噪音和热量后,剩余没有被吸收的第一舱室的空气中的噪音被所述第二网板从所述第一排风窗口排出,从而大大降低了尾气中的噪声。
[0015] 进一步,所述柴油机和所述发电机设置在所述方舱电站壳体的第一舱室内;所述柴油机的输出轴与所述发电机的输入轴通过止口和弹性连接盘对接;所述柴油机和所述发电机设置在所述第一舱室内,并与所述第二舱室分开,使空气流通的更加顺畅,促进了所述柴油机的散热;所述柴油机的输出轴与所述发电机的输入轴通过止口和弹性连接盘对接,使所述柴油机与所述发电机的连接更加稳固,而且弹性连接盘的连接使所述柴油机的输出轴与所述发电机的输入轴的运行保持了动平衡,从而更有效率的进行发电。
[0016] 进一步,所述方舱电站还包括散热器203 ;所述散热器设置在所述方舱电站壳体的第二舱室103的内部;所述散热器203设置的散热系统与所述柴油机和所述发电机设置的散热系统连通;所述散热器的散热系统通过水管与所述柴油机和所述发电机的散热系统连通形成水循环进行散热,降低所述第一舱室106的温度,从而很好的散热。
[0017] 所述方舱电站还包括进风室107 ;所述进风室107设置在所述方舱电站壳体的第一舱室106的内部;所述进风室107设置的进风口与所述第一舱室的第一进风窗口连通;所述进风室107设置的第一出风口 108通过所述柴油机设置的空气滤清器与所述柴油机连通;所述进风室设置的第二出风口与所述柴油机和所述发电机的下部连通;空气经过所述第一进风窗口进入到所述方舱电站内,通过所述进风室的进风口进入进风室,一部分从所述第一出风口通过所述空气滤清器给所述柴油机送风;另一部分通过所述第二出风口给所述柴油机和所述发电机的下部送风,从而达到给所述第一舱室通风降温的作用。[0018] 进一步,所述方舱电站还包括排风扇105和排风室201 ;所述排风室201通过所述第一舱室106的第一排风窗口与所述第一舱室106连通;所述排风扇105与所述第一排风窗口配合;所述排风扇105将所述第一舱室106内的热空气抽出到所述排风室201,所述排风扇105保证了所述第一舱室的通风,大大降低了所述第一舱室106的温度,从而使所述方舱电站更好的散热。
[0019] 进一步,所述方舱电站壳体内设置有底盘;所述柴油机与所述发电机通过减震装置安装在所述底盘上;在所述方舱电站发电时,所述柴油机和所述发电机工作中震动比较大,将所述柴油机和所述发电机安装在所述地盘上可以稳固的进行工作,减少所述柴油机和所述发电机的晃动。
[0020] 进一步,所述排风扇至少设置有两个;至少两个所述排风扇可以很好的增强所述第一舱室的空气流通,从而很好的降低了所述柴油机和所述发电机的表面温度,保证空气很好的循环。
[0021 ] 所述方舱电站还包括设置在所述第一舱室内的底盘和减震装置;所述柴油机与所述发电机通过所述减震装置安装在所述底盘上。
[0022] 通过上述的结构设计,该方舱电站的体积小、重量轻,而且噪声低、散热性能好。

Claims (10)

1.一种方舱电站,其特征在于,包括方舱电站壳体、柴油机和发电机; 所述柴油机和所述发电机设置在所述方舱电站壳体的内部; 所述柴油机设置的排气口设置有消声器; 所述方舱电站壳体的内壁设置有吸音层和第一网板;所述吸音层通过第一网板压紧固定在所述方舱电站壳体的内壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的方舱电站,其特征在于,所述方舱电站壳体内设置有隔板; 所述隔板将所述方舱电站壳体分隔为第一舱室和第二舱室; 所述柴油机和所述发电机设置在所述第一舱室内。
3.如权利要求2所述的方舱电站,其特征在于,所述第一舱室内设置有至少一个第一进风窗口和至少一个第一排风窗口 ;所述第二舱室设置有至少一个第二进风窗口和至少一个第二排风窗口。
4.如权利要求3所述的方舱电站,其特征在于,还包括多块第二网板; 每一个所述第一进风窗口、第一排风窗口、第二进风窗口和第二排风窗口均嵌入有所述第二网板。
5.如权利要求4所述的方舱电站,其特征在于,所述柴油机的输出轴与所述发电机的输入轴通过止口及弹性连接盘对接。
6.如权利要求5所述的方舱电站,其特征在于,还包括散热器; 所述散热器设置在所述第二舱室的内部;所述散热器设置的散热系统与所述柴油机和所述发电机设置的散热系统连通。
7.如权利要求6所述的方舱电站,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述第一舱室内的进风室; 所述进风室设置的进风口与所述第一舱室的第一进风窗口连通;所述进风室设置的第一出风口通过所述柴油机设置的空气滤清器与所述柴油机连通;所述进风室设置的第二出风口与所述柴油机和所述发电机的下部连通。
8.如权利要求7所述的方舱电站,其特征在于,还包括排风扇和排风室; 所述排风室通过所述第一舱室的第一排风窗口与所述第一舱室连通; 所述排风扇与所述第一排风窗口配合。
9.如权利要求8所述的方舱电站,其特征在于,所述排风扇至少设置有两个。
10.如权利要求2-9中任一项所述的方舱电站,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述第一舱室内的底盘和减震装置; 所述柴油机与所述发电机通过所述减震装置安装在所述底盘上。
