为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：它包含推车1、工具盒2、调速旋钮3、蓄电池4、电机5、轮子6、混凝土桶7、挡板8、固定链条9和时钟10；推车1的底部设有数个轮子6，轮子6与推车底部的电机5连接，电机5与推车1内的蓄电池4连接，推车1的上端设有工具盒2，工具盒2的上方设有调速旋钮3，推车1的前端设有挡板8，推车1上设有混凝土桶7，混凝土桶7上设有固定链条9，推车1的顶部设有时钟10。
