在机械加工中,孔加工是常用的加工工艺,业界通常采用铣刀来进行孔加工,现有的铣刀都为一体式圆柱体,设有一套刀刃和排屑槽,前端的刀刃负责切削,而后部的排屑槽则负责将碎屑排出孔外,各排屑槽之间的隔离带在高速旋转过程中难以避免与孔壁和碎屑摩擦,产生大量的热量,难以发散,增加铣刀的损伤,影响铣刀的性能和铣孔的效率。

为了克服现有的铣刀散热难,影响铣刀的性能的不足,本实用新型提供了一种散热立铣刀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种散热立铣刀,包括刀体和刀刃,刀体为圆柱体,排屑槽围绕于刀体下部,刀刃位于刀体底端,刀体上设有散热孔。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括散热孔均匀分布在相邻排屑槽之间的隔离带外表面上。
本实用新型的有益效果是,在相邻排屑槽之间的隔离带外表面上均匀设置散热孔,为热量提供了发散的空间,延缓了升温速度,保障了铣刀的性能,提高了铣孔效率。
