背景技术
现有的碳墨板防呆点为线型设计,在两个圆形防呆点之间连接有直线,测试针设置在两端圆心处,导致电阻较大,为200欧左右,电测时不能顺利完成。

 针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种碳墨板防呆点结构,降低碳墨板防呆点电阻,保证碳墨板顺利通过电测。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:碳墨板防呆点结构,其特征在于:在碳墨板上设有若干相交的圆形防呆点,在所述圆形防呆点的圆心处分别设有测试针。

为进一步揭示本实用新型的技术方案,下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的实施方式:如图2所示,碳墨板防呆点结构,在碳墨板上设有两个相交的圆形防呆点,在所述圆形防呆点的圆心处分别设有第一测试针1和第二测试针2。
所述圆形防呆点的直径为160mil,所述相交的圆形防呆点的两圆圆心距为30mil,及第一测试针1和第二测试针2之间的距离为30mil。
   本实用新型在碳墨板上设有若干相交的圆形防呆点,在圆形防呆点圆心处设有测试针,降低了碳墨板防呆点电阻,电阻由200欧变为50欧,保证了碳墨板顺利通过电测。
