背景技术
现有技术的LED驱动技术有采用线性电源恒流驱动的技术,如图1,控制电路通过控制输出功率管使电阻上的电压为一个固定的参考电压。则流经LED的电流为
ILED=Vref/r
Vref和r均为定值,LED输出电流固定,恒流精度高。
芯片功耗为
P=(VAC-VLED)*ILED
功耗较高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种低发热、低成本的LED驱动电路。
本实用新型解决所述技术问题采用的技术方案是,包括整流单元、滤波单元和线性电流恒流驱动单元,其特征在于,还包括限流电阻,限流电阻与所述线性电流恒流驱动单元的功率管并联设置。
具体的说,所述功率管具有输入端、输出端和控制端,限流电阻连接功率管的输入端和输出端。
所述功率管为MOSFET或BJT。
本实用新型的有益效果是,电流精度高,并且解决了恒流精度差和芯片发热大的缺点,具有更好的稳定性和更长的使用寿命,同时成本比开关电源恒流驱动方式成本低。特别的,本发明增加的限流电阻一端连接LED,另一端通过线性电源恒流驱动单元的电阻接地,不影响精度。
