本实用新型涉及电子照明技术领域,尤其是指一种大照射范围的LED路灯;本实用新型的一种大照射范围的LED路灯,包括散热器一体的外壳,外壳内部安装设置LED灯粒的电路板,外壳在电路板朝外侧端设置玻璃外罩,所述电路板为两件以上的小电板对接形成,小电板上均设置LED灯粒,小电板间朝外呈一定夹角设置,由数件朝外呈一定夹角的小电板形成电路板,在每个小电板上的设置LED灯粒,因此射出的LED光呈一定角度的扩散射开,增大了光的照射范围,从而可以在一定的照射范围内,减少路灯的使用数量,降低照明成本。

本实用新型涉及电子照明技术领域,尤其是指一种大照射范围的LED路灯。 
背景技术
LED路灯由于较现有的路灯具有节能,高效高,寿命长而被广泛的推广运用,一般LED路灯包括散热器一体的外壳,外壳内部安装设置LED灯粒的电路板,外壳在电路板朝外侧端设置玻璃外罩,目前普遍情况下,电路板是整体的平板状,由于光线的单向直射作用,使在LED电路板正前方的光线较强,其他区域的光线较弱,照射范围较窄,为了达到到达一定范围的照射效果,需要安装更多的LED路灯,增加成本。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型在于针对目前LED路灯照射范围较窄造成的不足,而提供解决以上问题的一种大照射范围的LED路灯。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种大照射范围的LED路灯,所述LED路灯包括一件与散热器 一体成型的外壳,外壳内部安装设置LED灯粒的电路板,外壳在电路板朝外侧端设置玻璃外罩,所述电路板为两件以上的小电板对接形成,小电板上均设置LED灯粒,小电板间朝外呈一定夹角设置。 
较佳的,所述小电板为3件。 
较佳的,所述小电板间的夹角α范围为:160°≤α≤175°。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型的一种大照射范围的LED路灯,包括散热器一体的外壳,外壳内部安装设置LED灯粒的电路板,外壳在电路板朝外侧端设置玻璃外罩,所述电路板为两件以上的小电板对接形成,小电板上均设置LED灯粒,小电板间朝外呈一定夹角设置,由数件朝外呈一定夹角的小电板形成电路板,在每个小电板上的设置LED灯粒,因此射出的LED光呈一定角度的扩散射开,增大了光的照射范围,从而可以在一定的照射范围内,减少路灯的使用数量,降低照明成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1对本实用新型作进一步阐述: 
一种大照射范围的LED路灯,所述LED路灯包括一件与散热器11一体成型的外壳1,外壳1内部安装设置LED灯粒21的电路板2,外壳1在电路板2朝外侧端设置玻璃外罩3,所述电路板2为两件以 上的小电板22对接形成,小电板22上均设置LED灯粒21,小电板22间朝外呈一定夹角设置,即小电板22间朝照明方向外张开设置。作为较佳实施例,本实施例的小电板22采用3件,很好的解决了照射角度窄及照射明亮度的问题(本实施例中电路板2与散热器11、以及玻璃外罩3等的装配固定,电源等配件,本领域里属于现有技术,在图纸及说明书中未详细说明)。 
经过多次试验总结,小电板22间的夹角α处于160°≤α≤175°范围内时,效果较佳。 
本实用新型由数件朝外呈一定夹角的小电板22形成电路板2,在每个小电板22上的设置LED灯粒21,因此射出的LED光呈一定角度的扩散射开,增大了光的照射范围,从而可以在一定的照射范围内,减少路灯的使用数量,降低照明成本。

1.一种大照射范围的LED路灯,所述LED路灯包括一件与散热器(11)一体成型的外壳(1),外壳(1)内部安装设置LED灯粒(21)的电路板(2),外壳(1)在电路板(2)朝外侧端设置玻璃外罩(3),其特征在于,所述电路板(2)为两件以上的小电板(22)对接形成,小电板(22)上均设置LED灯粒(21),小电板(22)间朝外呈一定夹角设置。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大照射范围的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述小电板(22)为3件。 
3.根据权利要求1-2中任意一项所述的一种大照射范围的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述小电板(22)间的夹角α范围为:160°≤α≤175°。
