背景技术
在长距离水平定向钻的施工中,孔道的弯曲部位以及因无法返出孔底而堆积的钻屑对钻杆均构成一定的摩阻。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种定向钻穿越用可调压力喷浆短接,以减小钻杆摩阻,提高施工效率。
本实用新型的具体技术内容如下:
在本短接侧壁上设有两个对称的可调溢流阀,每个溢流阀均由一个垂孔和一个斜孔组成,两孔相通,垂孔内设有由钢球、弹簧和压圈组成的溢流控制组件,斜孔内设有喷嘴。
本短接可有效解决长距离水平定向钻穿越孔内钻屑堆积的问题,能减少钻杆泥包的出现,减小摩阻,降低钻杆扭矩,避免孔壁磨损钻杆,提高钻杆的使用寿命,减少经济投入。

在本短接1侧壁上设有两个对称的可调溢流阀,该阀由一个垂孔2和一个斜孔6组成,两孔相通,垂孔2内设有由钢球5、弹簧4和压圈3组成的溢流控制组件,斜孔6内设有合金制作的喷嘴7。
本短接1的加工操作及工作原理:
本短接1由热处理调质后的圆钢制成,经过初加工和深孔钻,加工至设计尺寸,再加工两端螺纹;在短接1侧壁对称的两点上加工可调溢流阀,即加工彼此相通的垂孔2和45°的斜孔6;进行热磷化、耐锈蚀和螺纹防止粘扣处理;在斜孔6内装入喷嘴7,在垂孔2内装配钢球5、弹簧4和压圈3,即通过调节压圈3位置来松紧弹簧4,使钢球5有足够的垂直窜动空间,以钢球5的位置变化来决定泥浆的过流面积,从而实现泥浆压力的可控可调;进行压力试验,确认工作效果。

在本短接(1)侧壁上设有两个对称的可调溢流阀,每个溢流阀均由一个垂孔(2)和一个斜孔(6)组成,两孔相通,垂孔(2)内设有由钢球(5)、弹簧(4)和压圈(3)组成的溢流控制组件,斜孔(6)内设有喷嘴(7)。
