混砂机是将各种型砂混合均匀，并混合粘结剂有效均匀包覆在砂粒表面，传统的混砂机是利用碾轮和碾盘之间的相互摩擦来粉碎物料，而碾轮和碾盘之间的摩擦时间久了经常会使得碾轮和碾盘之间的缝隙增大从而降低生产效率，摩擦颗粒不够均匀细致，而且通常混砂机均是固定在一个地点，不能随意移动，增大了使用的局限性。

具体实施例：
一种绞笼式移动混砂系统，包括上下移动轨道11,12和混砂机2，混砂机2上下端均设有与上下轨道适配的滚轮，使得混砂机可以在预设的轨道上随着需要移动，混砂机2包括进料罐21，进料罐21下方设有混料箱22。混料箱22一端设有传送管23，传送管23一端连接于混料箱22，另一端设有喷嘴24，喷嘴24的开口旋转设置于传送管23，进料罐21连接提升机3。
工作原理：将废沙、水玻璃和粘结剂混合，通过提升机3送入混砂机的混料箱中通过其内的搅拌桨快速搅拌，使得内容物混合均匀，之后再通过传送管和喷嘴倒出。

1.一种绞笼式移动混砂系统，其特征在于：包括上下移动轨道（11,12）和混砂机（2），混砂机（2）上下端均设有与上下轨道适配的滚轮。
