技术领域
本实用新型涉及口腔医疗器械，尤其是涉及一种口腔专用旋转持针器。
背景技术
目前，口腔科还没有一种专门用于口腔正畸中结扎方丝的机械，而目前代替使用的器械是应用于临床手术的持针器。该种持针器类似剪刀的结构，由指针钳口、关节、手柄、锁扣、手指环所构成，在口腔正畸医生处理正畸方丝时，常采用两种方法来结扎方丝。方法一：通过无名指带动指环，利用搅棍原理，旋转来结扎方丝，但是该种方法在旋转过程中由于转动程度大，整个持针器晃动幅度大，极易导致手指与持针器脱离，砸伤患者；方法二：采用持笔的方式，通过拇指与食指的配合，利用拇指与持针器的静摩擦，转动持针器来结扎方丝，此种方法转动频率慢，耗时耗力，医生在操作过程中手部磨损比较大，而且，操作不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构简单，操作方便，安全性高的口腔专用旋转持针器。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的口腔专用旋转持针器，包括由上、下钳柄铰接而成的持针器本体，所述持针器本体的前端为持针部，其后端设置有锁合扣；在所述持针器本体的持针部前端沿纵向开设有对应的凹槽，在所述下钳柄的后端延伸设置有握柄。
所述握柄为多棱柱结构。
本实用新型优点在于结构简单，操作方便，通过在持针器的持针部前端沿纵向开设有对应的凹槽，方便医生将结扎丝安全推入指定位置，使之更适合口腔正畸科医生使用；通过在下钳柄的后端位于锁合扣位置向后延伸设置有握柄，方便医生单手握持整个持针器进行旋转，且持针器的开合仅靠握持握柄手的拇指即可完成，便于结扎丝的夹取。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4所示，本实用新型所述的口腔专用旋转持针器，包括由上钳柄1、下钳柄2铰接而成的持针器本体，所述持针器本体的前端为持针部，其后端设置有锁合扣3，在所述持针器本体的持针部前端沿纵向开设有对应的凹槽4，在所述下钳柄2的后端延伸设置有多棱柱结构的握柄5。
使用时，单手握住握柄5，拇指按动锁合扣3打开持针器，夹取结扎丝后拇指再次按动锁合扣3夹紧，然后手势不变即可旋转握柄5，使之扭紧结扎丝，拇指再次按动锁合扣3松开扭紧后的结扎丝，并利用持针部前端的凹槽4设计将其安全推入到指定位置，从而完成口腔正畸操作。

1.一种口腔专用旋转持针器，包括由上、下钳柄（1、2）铰接而成的持针器本体，所述持针器本体的前端为持针部，其后端设置有锁合扣（3），其特征在于：在所述持针器本体的持针部前端沿纵向开设有对应的凹槽（4），在所述下钳柄（2）的后端延伸设置有握柄（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口腔专用旋转持针器，其特征在于：所述握柄（5）为多棱柱结构。
