本实用新型涉及压缩机技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种压缩机电机的引出线的安装结构。
背景技术
无油压缩机是在压缩机汽缸内不用润滑油的压缩机。传统应用于无油压缩机的壳体引出线结构是直接在壳体上加工一个孔。其缺点是安装电机引出线时需要穿过该孔,操作麻烦,而且引出线容易烫伤漏电,直接影响压缩机的安全性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种结构简单实用,有利于安装,方便可靠的电机引出线安装结构。
本实用新型是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种电机引出线安装结构,包括电机外壳和引出线,电机外壳设置有引出线孔,其特征在于,所述引出线孔为沿电机外壳侧部开口并延伸至电机外壳中部的槽孔,引出线穿过槽孔并在与槽孔接触位置上增加热缩管,以保护电线被烫伤。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,电机定子的侧部设置有凹位,引出线捆扎后固定在该凹位上。
所述槽孔的后部设置有弯折部,弯折部的末端为圆孔,弯折部的宽度较槽孔的开口的宽度和圆孔的内径要小。
本实用新型采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本实用新型采用在电机外壳的侧部和中部之间设置开口槽,并在引出线外套设热缩管,能保证在安装电机引出线时,引出线免受烫伤,而且,通过将引出线绕圈后绑紧扎带,防止引出线松动,使之安装牢固。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型一种电机引出线安装结构,包括电机外壳1和引出线2,电机外壳1设置有引出线孔3,引出线孔3为沿电机外壳侧部开口并延伸至电机外壳中部的槽孔,引出线穿过槽孔并在与槽孔接触位置上增加热缩管4。电机定子6的侧部设置有凹位5,引出线捆扎后固定在该凹位5上。槽孔的后部设置有弯折部3-1,弯折部的末端为圆孔3-2,弯折部的宽度较槽孔的开口的宽度和圆孔的内径要小。
安装过程中,将引出线绕圈后绑紧扎带,并在引出线与槽孔接触位置套设热缩管,使引出线穿过电机外壳槽孔即可。
