为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：它包含上盖1、弹片2和底座3，两个弹片2设置在底座3的内部，上盖1设置在底座3的上部，且两个弹片2与上盖1上部的两个插孔相对应。
