电缆主要用于传送控制、测量信号等,现有的电缆没有半导体屏蔽层,且护套也是单层护套,这样的电缆抗干扰能力和耐侯性差,寿命短,机械性能不会,而且一旦出现故障,更换成本高,对电的安全运行带来很大的风险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种复合高分子绝缘材料电缆,该复合高分子绝缘材料电缆抗干扰能力强、耐侯性好、寿命长和可塑性好,且机械性能非常好。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种复合高分子绝缘材料电缆,包括导体层、绝缘层、填充层和护套,所述导体层和绝缘层放置于所述填充层内,所述导体层与绝缘层之间设置有内半导体屏蔽层,所述绝缘层与所述填充层之间从内到外还设置有外半导体屏蔽层、软铜带层和包带层,所述护套分内护套和外护套,所述内护套与外护套之间设置有铠装保护层和钢带层。
作为优选,所述铠装保护层为钢珠填充层。
作为优选,所述绝缘层包括两层聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物-磷氮阻燃剂混合物层和一层导热填充料层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:因为设置有内半导体屏蔽层、外半导体屏蔽层、软铜带层和包带层、铠装保护层和钢带层,且绝缘层采用复合高分子材料,因此抗干扰能力强、耐侯性好、寿命长和可塑性好,且机械性能非常好。

下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示的复合高分子绝缘材料电缆,包括导体层1、绝缘层3、填充层7和护套,导体层1和绝缘层2放置于填充层7内,导体层1与绝缘层3之间设置有内半导体屏蔽层2,绝缘层3与填充层7之间从内到外还设置有外半导体屏蔽层4、软铜带层5和包带层6,护套分内护套8和外护套11,内护套8与外护套11之间设置有铠装保护层9和钢带层10。
铠装保护层9为钢珠填充层。绝缘层3包括第一聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物-磷氮阻燃剂混合物层31、第二聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物-磷氮阻燃剂混合物层33和一层导热填充料层32。

2.根据权利要求1所述的复合高分子绝缘材料电缆,其特征在于:所述铠装保护层为钢珠填充层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合高分子绝缘材料电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层包括两层聚乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物-磷氮阻燃剂混合物层和一层导热填充料层。
