背景技术:秸秆气化炉具是广大农村烧柴做饭避免烟熏火燎、改善生活环境、提高生活质量的一种厨房用具。但是,现有技术的秸秆气化炉具,一是由于气化炉部分的供风量一般都不便调节,以致秸秆的燃烧气化状况不便控制,气化效果差;二是由于配气箱的配气量不便调节,因此常致使炉头的燃烧状况不佳。 
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种秸秆气化炉的风量调节阀,配置于秸秆气化炉上,根据气化炉的气化状况和炉头的燃烧状况调节气化炉的供风量和配气箱的配气量,使之获得理想的气化效果和燃烧效果,用以有效地克服现有技术所存在的上述弊端。 
本实用新型的目的是以如下技术方案实现的:该秸秆气化炉的风量调节阀它有一个呈“上”字形的四通阀体,该四通阀体的底部垂向管内设有一阀芯,水平管上与垂向管相对处设有一调节螺丝,所说阀芯和调节螺丝间设有一压力弹簧,同时水平管的一端设有一封火开关,垂向管的顶部设有配气开关。 
使用时,将水平管的开口端与气化炉连接,垂向管通过配气开关与配气箱连接,第四端与鼓风机连接。本实用新型设计合理,结构简单,可根据气化炉的气化状况和炉头的燃烧状况调节气化炉的 供风量和配气箱的配气量,使之获得理想的气化效果和燃烧效果。

根据附图所示,图中2是四通阀体,呈“上”字形,该四通阀体2的底部垂向管内设有一阀芯5,水平管上与垂向管相对处设有一调节螺丝3,所述阀芯5和调节螺丝3间设有一压力弹簧4,同时水平管的一端设有一封火开关1,垂向管的顶部设有配气开关6。使用时,将本实用新型水平管部分的开口端与气化炉连接,垂向管上部通过配气开关6与配气箱连接,第四端与鼓风机连接。鼓风机开启前关闭封火开关1,在配气开关1关闭的情况下,风机产生的风压推动阀芯5开启,风量全部进入气化炉,使气化炉中的秸秆燃烧气化,炉内压力增加。配风开关6开启后,风量向气化炉和配气箱的分配与配气开关6开启大小和通过调节螺丝3调节压力弹簧4的压力相关,当将配气开关6由小到大逐步打开或压力弹簧4所承受压力由小增大时,进入气化炉中的风量逐渐减少,而进入配气箱中的风量逐渐增多,从而根据气化炉内的燃烧气化和炉头的燃烧状况,通过调节配风开关6开启的大小和通过调节螺丝3调节压力弹簧4所承受的压力,使风量向气化炉和配气箱合理分配,实现气化炉秸秆的燃烧气化和炉头燃烧的理想效果。
