针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种分级破碎机用破碎齿辊，结构合理，能很好的抓扯物料，起到两辊多级破碎的作用，增加了物料的通过面积，从而增加了设备的生产能力，具有很好的实用性。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种分级破碎机用破碎齿辊，包括辊轴和设置于辊轴上的齿圈，所述齿圈包括大齿圈和小齿圈，所述大齿圈和小齿圈交替设置于辊轴上。
作为优选，所述大齿圈采用ZGMn18Cr2钢制成，其齿形为锯片铣刀形状。
作为优选，所述小齿圈采用ZGMn18Cr2钢制成，其齿形为直齿轮形状。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构合理，破碎齿辊采用大、小齿圈交替装配，能很好的抓扯物料，起到两辊多级破碎的作用。由于大小齿交错，增加了物料的通过面积，从而增加了设备的生产能力。大齿圈和小齿圈均采用ZGMn18Cr2钢制成，提高了齿圈的抗冲击能力，增加了齿圈的使用寿命，具有很好的实用性。

在本实施例中，作为优选，所述大齿圈2和小齿圈3均采用ZGMn18Cr2钢制成，提高了齿圈的抗冲击能力，增加了齿圈的使用寿命。大齿圈2的齿形为锯片铣刀形状，在破碎中能很好的起到抓扯物料的作用。小齿圈3的齿形为直齿轮形状，在破碎中与大齿圈2配合时能很好的起到抓扯物料的作用。
