背景技术
目前我们生活或工作中常会使用到照明控制器,现有的照明控制器有些可以手动控制,可实现近距离的手动控制;有些可以红外遥控控制,可实现近距离红外线可控范围内的近距离遥控控制;然而不管是手动控制还是红外遥控控制,其都是近距离控制,无法实现远距离控制,且不管是手动控制还是红外遥控控制,其都无法实现设备的能耗管控与智能控制,无法实现普通设备的网络化和智能化,故现有的照明控制器还需进一步改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种照明控制器,其实现了照明设备的网络化和智能化,可以实现普通照明设备成为物联网智能设备的转变,通过对设备的能耗采集和智能控制,实现设备的能耗管控与智能控制,最终达成节能降耗与舒适生活的和谐统一。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种照明控制器,包括外壳,所述外壳的内部设有印刷线路板,该印刷线路板上设有CPU(中央处理器)、智能策略控制模块、电能监测模块、温湿度监测模块、ZigBee(短距离、低功耗的无线通信技术)无线通讯模块和开关控制模块,其中,智能策略控制模块、电能监测模块、温湿度监测模块、ZigBee(短距离、低功耗的无线通信技术)无线通讯模块和开关控制模块均与CPU连接,所述外壳的前侧设有与各模块相对应的按键和指示灯,外壳的后侧设有与各模块相对应的接线端子。
本实用新型的有益效果为:1、实现了普通照明设备到物联网智能设备的升级,使得普通设备可以通过接入本设备简洁快速的接入物联网;2、实现了对于普通设备的网络化和智能化,实现了对照明设备的能耗管控与智能控制。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本实用新型实施例所述的一种照明控制器,包括外壳1,所述外壳1的内部设有印刷线路板,该印刷线路板上设有CPU(中央处理器)2、智能策略控制模块3、电能监测模块4、温湿度监测模块5、ZigBee无线通讯模块6和开关控制模块7,其中,智能策略控制模块3、电能监测模块4、温湿度监测模块5、ZigBee无线通讯模块6和开关控制模块7均与CPU2连接,所述外壳1的前侧设有与各模块相对应的按键8和指示灯9,外壳1的后侧设有与各模块相对应的接线端子10。
使用时,本实用新型通过智能策略控制模块3完成智能策略控制;通过电能监测模块4实现对于照明设备的电能消耗监测;通过温湿度监测模块5实现对于照明设备周边环境温湿度的监测;通过ZigBee无线通讯模块6实现智能设备的无线物联网接入;通过开关控制模块7实现对于照明设备的通断电控制;通过按键8和指示灯9实现手动控制和设备运行状态指示。
另外,使用时,本实用新型可与中心控制器、一转一控制器、多功能传感器、三相电量检测器、智能电源分配器、WEB服务器共同组成基于物联网的能耗管控与智能控制系统以实现传统电气设备的网络化和智能化,实现节能减排与舒适生活的和谐统一。在该系统中,本实用新型实时采集照明设备的能耗数据,并通过ZigBee无线通讯模块6将实时数据发送至中心控制器,由中心控制器转发至WEB服务器;同时接收由中心控制器转发的服务器控制命令,实现对照明设备的远程控制;智能策略控制模块3将根据用户通过WEB服务器下传的自动控制策略实现智能时间控制、智能条件控制等智能化操作。
