本实用新型属于汽车的一种零件,特别涉及一种汽车汽车上使用的微动电机马达的卷圈。 
背景技术
汽车上使用的微动电机马达是汽车中的一个重要部件,其中外壳的卷圈在汽车零件加工行业中,采用传统的零件加工方法,就是多次弯曲,由于冲压回弹的影响,零件的外形尺寸及端面的平面度、平行度无法满足技术要求,只能采取冲压后用焊接或改为整体拉伸结构,这样造成成本大为提高。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供一种卯榫的结构,直接用连续模具多次完全成型,成本低的微动电机马达的卷圈。 
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种微动电机马达的卷圈,包括卷圈体,其特征在于在卷圈体上一端制成半梯形凸台和梯形凸台,另一端与凸台相对应的制半梯形凹槽和梯形凹槽,或将半梯形凸台和梯形凸台制成燕尾形的凸台,将半梯形凹槽和梯形凹槽制成燕尾形的凹槽。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:该实用新型加工简单,质量好,精度高,克服了冲压的回弹,成本低。

实施例,参照附图,一种微动电机马达的卷圈,包括卷圈体1,其特征在于在卷圈体1上一端制成半梯形凸台3和梯形凸台5,另一端与凸台相对应的 ,制半梯形凹槽4和梯形凹槽6;或将半梯形凸台3和梯形凸台5制成燕尾形的凸台,将半梯形凹槽4和梯形凹槽6制成燕尾形的凹槽。半梯形凸台3和半梯形凹槽4设在卷圈体1端头两侧,梯形凸台5和梯形凹槽6设在卷圈体1端头的中心,其大小尺寸相同,啮合在一起,为卯榫结构,采用连续模具多次弯曲将其集合为一体而成。克服了冲压的回弹,提高了产品的精度。梯形凸台、凹槽可设计成燕尾形,其技术性能更好。
