Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种光电光热集成一体化光伏组件,包括有外框,外框内安装有铝板,铝板上安装有单晶电池片阵列,相邻二块单晶电池片之间具有间隙,铝板上在单晶电池片阵列的背面安装有太阳能选择性吸收膜,外框内在铝板的背面分别安装有上、下横向铜管,上、下横向铜管之间连通有多个纵向铜管。本实用新型结构合理,能使阳光直接照到太阳能选择性吸热膜上,将热量传递到上、下横向铜管和多个纵向铜管内的水,然后进行热量循环,对热量进行采集;同时,单晶电池片阵列在发电过程中产生的热量也会被太阳能选择性吸热膜吸收后进行热循环,降低了单晶电池片阵列中每块单晶电池片的温度,有利于稳定每块单晶电池片的转换效率。

    本实用新型涉及光伏组件领域,具体是一种光电光热集成一体化光伏组件。
背景技术
光伏组件俗称太阳能电池板,由太阳能电池片或由激光切割机机或钢线切割机切割开的不同规格的太阳能电池组合在一起构成。
众所周知,光伏组件利用太阳能进行发电,将太阳能转化为电能,是最具吸引力的清洁能源。当太阳光照射在电池片上时,不可避免的会有一部分的热量散失,也就是说,电池片不可能百分之百的利用太阳能产生电能,而且当电池片长期被太阳光照射和电池片发电过程中产生的热量,会使得电池片表面温度增高,其转换效率也会大大降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种光电光热集成一体化光伏组件,使得太阳能发电与光热采集一体化,充分利用屋面或有效空间,达到既能发电又能集热的目的。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种光电光热集成一体化光伏组件,包括有外框,所述的外框内安装有铝板,其特征在于:所述的铝板上安装有单晶电池片阵列,相邻二块单晶电池片之间具有间隙,所述的铝板上在单晶电池片阵列的背面安装有太阳能选择性吸收膜,所述的外框内在铝板的背面分别安装有上、下横向铜管,所述的上、下横向铜管之间连通有多个纵向铜管。
所述的光电光热集成一体化光伏组件,其特征在于:所述的上、下横向铜管和多个纵向铜管内流通有水。
所述的光电光热集成一体化光伏组件,其特征在于:所述上、下横向铜管的两端分别穿过外框上的开孔并通向外置水箱。
所述的光电光热集成一体化光伏组件,其特征在于:所述上、下横向铜管的直径分别为22mm,所述多个纵向铜管的直径分别为10mm。

本实用新型结构合理,相邻二块单晶电池片之间具有间隙,能使阳光直接照到太阳能选择性吸热膜上,将热量传递到上、下横向铜管和多个纵向铜管内的水,然后进行热量循环,对热量进行采集;同时,单晶电池片阵列在发电过程中产生的热量也会被太阳能选择性吸热膜吸收后进行热循环,降低了单晶电池片阵列中每块单晶电池片的温度,有利于稳定每块单晶电池片的转换效率。

参见图1,一种光电光热集成一体化光伏组件,包括有外框1,外框1内安装有铝板2,铝板2上安装有单晶电池片阵列3,相邻二块单晶电池片之间具有间隙,铝板2上在单晶电池片阵列3的背面安装有太阳能选择性吸收膜4,外框1内在铝板2的背面分别安装有上、下横向铜管5、6,上、下横向铜管5、6之间连通有多个纵向铜管7。
本实用新型中,上、下横向铜管5、6和多个纵向铜管7内流通有水;上、下横向铜管5、6的两端分别穿过外框1上的开孔并通向外置水箱;上、下横向铜管5、6的直径分别为22mm,多个纵向铜管7的直径分别为10mm。

1.一种光电光热集成一体化光伏组件,包括有外框,所述的外框内安装有铝板,其特征在于:所述的铝板上安装有单晶电池片阵列,相邻二块单晶电池片之间具有间隙,所述的铝板上在单晶电池片阵列的背面安装有太阳能选择性吸收膜,所述的外框内在铝板的背面分别安装有上、下横向铜管,所述的上、下横向铜管之间连通有多个纵向铜管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光电光热集成一体化光伏组件,其特征在于:所述的上、下横向铜管和多个纵向铜管内流通有水。
